Pediatrics East – Bartlett

Very pleased with the all-​around experience at this location. Staff was friendly and efficient, no crazy-​long wait time (I think I waited 5 – 10 minutes after updating our information for my daughter’s file?), and Dr. Montgomery was awesome. He has a great bedside manner, completely put my daughter at ease and was able to take care of the issues we were having and was considerate of medication costs, offering a more affordable, yet equally effective alternative to what, otherwise, would have been a $ 200 prescription. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Pediatrics East (Bartlett location) to anyone with kids. There are walk-​in times (8:00 — 8:45) and one of the other locations has weekend hours.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Owen for 5 years now. The staff is always responsive and friendly. Dr. Owen is great about giving us undivided attention during our visits and is extremely helpful and kind. The nurses are great and now that the shot schedule is less intense my daughter is good with check ups and flu shots :-)

When we moved here from Detroit my son was about to turn 3 yo, and I came across with Dr. Benaim. We loved her since the first appointment we had here. Then, 5 years ago I was about the deliver my baby girl and to my surprise Dr. Benaim offered to be at the hospital to receive her, although she didn’t make it because she had an emergency, she sent her colleague Dr. Montgomery, so after that we have our appointments scheduled with either doctor and they are both really caring, all natural and all easy to listen.
I love how they don’t make a big fuss about little things, but they do care enough to ease the pain and make parents feel at ease too.

Finding a good pediatrician is important. I love Pediatrics East for many reasons. They offer night and weekend clinics and have several locations around town.
Dr. Owen is our doctor and he always takes his time. He also has boys so I think he relates to my boys. He has a great demeanor with the kids and he is very knowledgeable. We have also seen Dr Scott and Dr Montgomery in the Bartlett office and were pleased with the care.
