Worst staff. Slow, rude, not helpful at all.
Do you not expect anyone to speak with you other than the very unenthusiastic routine «welcome to party works.» When you walk in the door.
I waited nearly an hour for two dozen balloons, and within five minutes of leaving the store two of the balloons deflated. Nice!
I tried to give them zero stars, but the Unilocal app would not let me. The one star was only because a star level has to be assigned. Reassign this as a negative one!!!

Stop at this location because it’s close to home very convenient I needed a mask for a ball that I’m attending and they all kinds and colors I purchased what I needed it was a quick in and out.
