If I would’ve been able to give it 0 stars I would’ve. Awful food, high prices and terrible service.

Decent place for a quick take out lunch. The staff was super friendly and excited that I was trying them out for the first time. The General Tso chicken was good just a little over breaded. But, if you work in the area excellent quick lunch stop they had my food super hot and waiting for me for $ 6.05 I coudl probably have fed 3 people with the amount they gave me!

New China is one of the best Chinese restaurants in east Memphis. I always enjoy going their for either of their lunch or dinner specials. From appetizers to entrees you get more than what you pay for including quality taste and plentiful amounts. The staff is always welcoming and nice. The wait time is incredibly fast. Where New China may cut corners, they make up in great service and food. Dont judge a book by its cover!!!

Not too bad if you need a quick take out. The people running the place are nice and the food usually comes out fast. With that being said, Formosa is just around the corner and is light years better. I work in this area and haven’t gone to New China in years. Would rate closer to 2.5 stars.
