Memphis Pig and Pasta

Same complaint as Beth. Get a website guys, it’s 2015. Can’t order what you can’t see. You’ve lost another order. At the very least, post some menu photos.

My wife and I took our daughter by there Saturday. I had had their catering food before but they added pork barbeque and I have to try all new places like that near me. They are just opening their take out service and are putting the finishing touches on that. The food is sandwiches and plates. My wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich and just about ate it whole. It looked great and she really enjoyed it. My daughter had the bbq spagetti plate with potato salad, I know strange but she is a little different. This wasn’t typical Memphis bbq spagetti which is noodles, bbq sauce and a little pulled pork. This was real fresh Italian spagetti with a mound of pork on top. It was way above the standard in Memphis. I had a bbq sub. I know a bq sub sounds a little out of the box. The pulled pork was equal to some of the best in the city, the slaw– you have to have slaw on a pulled pork sandwich — was just the right pallance of sweet and creamy and the sub roll was soft and soaked up the juices just right. The whole meal was very good and the prices leave you with money in yoir pocket. If you are in the area give them a try. I think you will be pleased.
