This location is struggling with the all day breakfast addition. The wait is horrible. Were the given notice or preparation before this chg?!? 20 – 25 mins in line waiting for food is Unacceptable!!! Lots of movement in the kitchen but no food came out!!!

Well this will be my 100^th review!!! No better way to celebrate by reviewing a McDonald’s. This is a nice location. The food and service are always good. I will say breakfast is my favorite time to eat at McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonald’s EVER! The food is hit and miss. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE! Everyone I’ve ever encountered there is rude and incompetent. Even the manager that’s usually on duty is extremely rude! They always forget something if I go through the drive through, and if I go inside, they still manage to mess something up EVERY SINGLE TIME! The store is clean, but that’s about the only positive thing about this location!

Damn! What’s a girl gotta do to get a Teenie Beenie Baby in this joint? Certainly NOT order a Happy Meal with a Teenie Beenie Baby. Two weeks in a row I’ve been shafted at the drive through by these people. (I guess it’s my fault for not checking my bag before driving away.) Last week they gave me a TMNT even though I asked for Teenie Beenie. This week I got nada — no toy at all. I guess they saw me and decided I was too old.
Besides the toy debacle, this location suffers from general incompetence anyway. Avoid.

Loved going to this Mconalds because it is on my way home from work. Today, I stopped by for my usual 2 Hot n Spicy and 1 Mcdouble. I got home and started on my Mcdouble and was its normal tasty self. Started on my Hot n Spicy and got about half way through before on one of my bites, I realized I was still attached to the sandwich with a long black hair. I immediately spit out what i had in my mouth. Surely, thinking this was a one time thing, I went for my other Hot n Spicy that i had left. Open the wrapper up and a nice curly black hair was waiting for me on top of my bun. I mean REALLY!!! ²⁄₃ things i ordered had a hair on it! I will NOT be going back to this location… Perhaps even any Mcdonalds for a looooong time. It seems the «hair net/​hat» is not working very well.

This one is near where we live so we frequent this one a bit more. And 70% of the time I’m waiting in the drive thru!!! People are always courteous though.

This McDonalds has it’s problems. Mainly the crews they having working at a particular time. We usually get McDonalds on Sunday around noon after a night of drinking. We hit the drive through and almost every time it seems to be the same horrible crew serving on a Sunday at noon. The service is always terrible at this time. I have waited 30 minutes for an order before. Our order is constantly goofed up. How hard is it to make just a egg and cheese biscuit. My GF orders an egg and cheese biscuit every time, and she always gets a variety of combinations other than an egg and cheese. The food is usually good when it is right, but «when it is right» is the key.

This location still has large soft drinks for $ 1! Woo-​hoo! All the others went back up to $ 1.89. What does McDonald’s do to their fries? They are so much better than everyone else’s. Got to hand it to them, they were blessed by the fry Gods.

Look, it’s a McDonalds. If they are doing their food right it will be 100% identical to any other McDonalds… that’s kind of the point.
What makes a difference is the service. This place has friendly staff, is kept clean, the food comes out quickly and properly assembled. That (sadly) places it way above several of the other fast food places in town. If you want McDonalds, go here.

Usually clean and quick. Much better than the one in Collierville on Poplar. Occasionally rude and uncaring register help. Like tonight, the girl could care less about serving me. Just rude.

Great fresh fries, friendly employees.

Fast drive-​thru and the people behind the counter are always friendly if you go inside.

They have the fastest drive-​thru I’ve seen. Even when there are a lot of cars in line for breakfast I get through quickly.
