What ever happened to pizza pizza where there were two pizzas in a long box with a paper sleeve? Those days are gone, but you can still buy two pizzas. I’ve been a customer for I guess about thirty years. I’ve frequented the Bartlett location near the Kroger for many years, but tonight on Halloween, we got two large pepperoni and a crazy bread from Austin peay. I could not find a Unilocal to put a review on Austin peay, so this review is 5 stars for Austin peay and 5 stars for Bartlett. Keep in mind, this is without argument not the best pizza, and comparing pizza to pizza, this would be a loser amongst competitors. The thing is though in my opinion, there is no fair competitor to little ceasars. For the price, the service, and the food, this is absolutely unbeatable. We went to Austin peay at five o’clock on Halloween and they were packed. They were sold out but it only took ten minutes to order and wait. They are able to anticipate the orders based on customer demand, and prepare a product that will sell in a reasonable time without it going to waste. Ordering pepperoni is a pretty safe bet, because my pizzas were being cooked before I even ordered them. Where else can you get bread sticks with sauce for three bucks? Another little ceasars. You cannot beat the price or the value. To get slightly better quality will cost at least double. The pizza is good, but not the best. Perfect for kids. Perfect for parties. The wings are also good. I love the hot-n-ready concept. Most of the time you can walk in and leave immediately with a pizza if you ask for a common one like cheese or pepperoni. I have never had one that was sub par or old. There is also a consistency amongst the different stores. None are better or worse than the others. Consistency is important. My only complaint is that I find it demeaning to force young girls to work while wearing a shirt saying that they are hot and ready. I thought years ago that this would result in lawsuits, but what do I know about the law? I give five stars for little ceasars in general based on the value of service they provide. I’ve had no complaints on the product for thirty years, and will hopefully continue to enjoy it for many more.

Disappointed. I called and I had to order a special order, due to allergies and when I went to pick it up, they neglected half my order. They didn’t do anything to make it up. Told me if I wanted that then I would have to wait so they could make it again. In which the other half of my order that was done would have been cold by the time they would’ve finished. I was also in a hurry to get back home so I didn’t have time to wait.
