Kroger

Bought 3 Chef Salads 4 days ago nice toppings but could not tell lettuce was brown, got home and we could not eat the lettuce. Went back today and mentioned this to an employee there was no offer to reimburse me, or an apology. I did ask how old salads were today and was told they were freshly made. Got them home, once again lettuce was brown. Also stopped by the pharmacy today to buy some Sudafed. There were at least 8 or 9 employees in the Pharmacy, only one on register. So I waited while some employees were eating (it looked like M&M’s) and working on computers. When I did get service there was no eye contact. When I did the self check out, the person overseeing both today and 4 days ago was talking to another employee not paying attention to me the customer. I was visiting from Ohio, there was no Southern hospitality or customer service. No I would not go back. It was a better store when it was a Schnucks.

The renovation looked wonderful but the store is always filty. Today recovering the rotisserie chickens. I have never had an experience at the self checkout that wasn’t disgusting there’s always some mystery fluid /​matter that covers the touch screen and scanners. The time before this my foot was stuck to the floor with a piece of bubblegum. I keep trying because they really do have a nice selection of things but it’s always horribly nasty

The over all store I will give five stars total. Fresh fruit. Fresh meats. But the eggs are on sale right now for 50 cents per carton! What a deal!
The dairy was extra fresh also. Just everything that southern stores are famous for.

I wouldn’t suggest buying the packaged ground beef from this store. Gross.
