Worst staff manager and service.
Had very bad experience with my car gave for oil change when i checked my check engine light was on also the manager spoken very rudely.
Gave wrong estimate of diagnosis later on checked with other automobile they repair correctly.
Front desk people behavior is horrible smoking cigarettes.
Also took my old car told they cannot do service b’coz its older one my goodness again ruthless front desk people.
I would suggest to check other auto service before stepping into service.

I came to this place for an oil change. They told me that I had a massive oil leak and that their policy is not to change the oil on a car that has a big oil leak. My car is a toyota camry (1993) with 109k miles. They showed me the undercarriage which showed some old oil on both sides, and they showed me where I had a transmission fluid leak. So I asked them to check the oil to see how much had leaked and to check the transmission fluid as well. They then told me that I was down ½ quart of oil and the transmission fluid was overfull! I have not put oil in that car for 7000 miles! And I haven’t touched the transmission fluid in 6 months! HOW COULD THERE BE A LEAK??? To me the undercarriage of the car was just dirty and wet because I had just had the car washed. THEY JUST DIDN’T WANT TO WORK AFTER 3PM (which was when I made the appt for). They must have thought I was really stupid. I didn’t argue with them because I don’t want to force people to work on my car. And of course the guy had to give me his opinion that my car was done for… Maybe he was just very stupid and doesn’t know anything about cars???
