What a bunch of jerks, including the owner! Only spoke over the phone, didn’t even get to the shop yet. If these people even want to get some business, they should learn some manners and what customer service is…

Concur with the only other review. Our car came out worse than when it went in — not kidding. And this was after they had it in their possession, off and on, for literal weeks at a time. We took pictures of the damage and while they promised to «replace» some of the «broken parts» that never came to fruition.

No! If you ever want to see your car again DON’T ever go to this place! I took my car there for a simple repair, was told I COULD NOT wait in the sitting area during the repairs. Would have to drop the car and return later. Later being OVER a week for something that should have taken just hours to fix. When I call to inquire about status the 1^st person I spoke to was very reassuring that vehicle would be ready within a short period of time. NO IT WAS NOT!!! Called again days later the owner was very blot and rude when speaking to me. The bill was HIGHER than originally quoted. Was told to bring the vehicle back for something that should have been fix the 1^st time. Needless to say I chose not to return. Took it to the dealer of whom pointed out things that were not done correctly on my vehicle from the repairs at Euro Imports. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
