I am impressed; I placed my order online around 12:45pm this afternoon and received a call from its intended recipient around 15:15pm. I highly recommend this store location; I will certainly be doing business with them again. **They deliver to Holly Springs — this is great —

I ordered my first arrangement last week and signed up for the rewards. The following week it was my birthday and there was an issue with the free dipped fruit. Well, the extremely nice girl at the counter called her manager and fixed it and called me to let me know it wouldn’t be an issue. Such great customer service — oh and the chocolate dipped fruit it yummy too!

If you want to spend high cost for non fresh nor sweet fruits, this is the place! The delivery is good. It looks very pretty as a gift, but the price you pay for quality… eh…it’s not edible. I’ve tried multiple times and each time I have order. the fruits are not fresh. Fruits are either molded and sour especially the strawberries. Yuck! Not worth it.

I’ve had delivery from this location, and have stopped in for fresh fruit salad. The service is a little slow, but the people are very friendly, and the fruit is delicious. I would recommend it as a great alternative to flowers.

I am warning people not to do business with this store! I ordered an arrangement to have it delivered on Feb 12th for Valentine’s day. I called on Feb 15th to convey that the arrangement was not delivered and request a refund. I was told that Alison, the store owner, would me back. She did not call me. I called back 4 times and was told that Alison was busy and would call me back. She did not call me back. I have also called the headquarters 2 times and they assured me that she would call back and issue me a refund. A month has passed and she has not issued my refund. The owner is not professional and the service is the worst that I have ever received. Do not spend your money or time during business with this store. I am fore warning you.

Manager Alice is rude as can be. Tried to place an order for a Groupon certificate and she said they cant because they have to many Groupon orders already. Well why did you even offer these deals for your store then??? If you want better service go to the Edible Arrangements store in Germantown.

No answer on phone all day. I drive 20 miles to location only to find a sign on door «no new orders are being taken». Two people sitting at front desk with their thumb up their ass. ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

Edible Arrangements is a great alternative to flowers. Basically, they’re pieces of fruit arranged to look like bouquets.
I’ve sent these arrangements to several family and friends, and really, you can’t go wrong — it’s healthy, since everyone and their brother is on a diet. It’s a little pricey, but I’ve actually had a bit of the fruit when I sent some, and it’s top-​notch — none of the fruit was mushy or funky.
It’s a good gift that’s not too personal for coworkers, too.
