The staff was polite, but I am furious with the billing. I got a basic cleaning and requested to get the ball rolling on getting my wisdom teeth removed. I made sure to say I wanted to know ahead of time how much it would cost. They quoted me a reasonable amount and said the rest would be covered via my insurance. My insurance, for whatever reason, denied covering the expense. I paid for my visit in cash the day of and took my xrays they gave me to the orthodontist they recommended, ready to go through the extraction surgery. When I arrived, however, the surgeon required me to pay for all new xrays as the ones from Dental Works were not good enough. To top it all off, I relocated to GA for work and months later got a call from pre-collections stating that I had unpaid bills from this company. After calling in to see why this was the case, Dental Works informed me that insurance only covered a small portion. I asked why I had not been notified about this fee prior to being sent to collections. Their response was that they had been sending me letters and that they do not place phone calls in regard to billing. Not ONE phone call, text or email was attempted to notify me(even though they don’t mind texting me about coming in for cleanings) right as I am applying for home loans, etc. I then requested they send me a paper bill for my records to my new address which they never did. Needless to say, my credit did fall because of this incident and I would never recommend their services to anyone due to the lack of necessary communication and low-quality xray services. Take your business elsewhere.

I have been to this place two times which I will say that the staff is pretty nice and the dentist cares about your oral health. I hope that when I go there next time that my results will get better.
