I love Dr. DaCunha. He has done wonders for my brother, but his assistant, Jessica, is the worst! She has no business in the mental health care profession. She is rude and totally uncaring. When I complained about her to Dr. D, he said he has had trouble with assistants and to just text him my needs and he gave me is number. Now, I don’t think this is the best way to handle this situation. She should be fired! But I do what I can for my brother and hang on. Dr. D is a competent psychiatrist; his pick of assistants, not so good!
