Whoa… Holy Beef Brisket! Literally the most tender, cut with a fork brisket that I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a catering company to go with in west TN, then look no further. I’ve been to a couple of events they’ve catered and everything has been amazing. The servers were so helpful and knowledgable about what they were serving. I didn’t know Kosher food could taste so good. Check them out!

I absolutely love this catering company. They do everything from delivering boxed office lunches to full service catered events… Not to mention, they can do KOSHER CATERING which is hard to find in Memphis. Everything that I’ve eaten from Blackbird has been absolutely delicious. The staff seems to go above and beyond their call of duty. I would definitely recommend them for a wedding, luncheon, or any event that comes up!
