Clean and easy to access. Nice front desk people. Beds comfortable. Easy parking. Good stay for the price.

Convenient location off the interstate albeit a bit noisy. The facilities are nice; nothing amazing but it’s good for the price. The staff, however, are super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this place for people traveling to Graceland or just passing through.

First, I knew nothing of Memphis when I picked this place, and I searched for and reserved a hotel room as we were driving down I-​40, with 2 crazy children in the back seat, while relaying driving directions to my husband. This is my excuse for bad research on where to stay. For one thing, there is nothing out here. You have to drive across town to do anything or find a place to eat. It’s also a little bit scabby and old. There’s a broken security camera where the wires have been ripped out «guarding» the parking lot. It’s kindof in an unsavory area, so a security camera might be nice but whatever. I have a 1 year old that’s still crawling, so when we got to the room I set him on the floor to stretch his legs and crawl around after the long drive; after about 10 minutes, his knees, feet, and hands were covered in black grime because the carpet was so dirty. The air conditioner claims to have some sort of temperature control, but it’s just either freezing if it’s on for awhile, or you bake if it’s off. And the fridge, which we set to a medium temp, froze my son’s bottle, but everything else in there is still ok. How is that possible even? I did a little more research for our next stop and made sure the hotel has plenty of reviews mentioning cleanliness. Really, I haven’t stayed in a place like this since my single days when we would all go to Dewey Beach and cram as many as would fit into the cheapest hotel room we could find.

This best western has a very warm feeling. Comfortable rooms and a reasonable price for the area.

This place was clean and well appointed. I like these old motel style places where one can drive up to the room on the first floor level, open the trunk, take out the luggage and walk into the room. The room was clean and airy. There was no breakfast setup in the morning, but then again, we got a more reasonable room rate for the Labor Day weekend ($ 81.11)
