I was recently at Southampton Hospital to donate blood today. 2÷26÷15
I told them that I went to the Philippines, stayed in the Metro-​Manilla area for 8 days in 6⁄2014. They told me that I could not donate blood today.
I recently donated blood 11⁄2014 and I was not rejected to donate, even though I told them about my recent trip to the Philippines.
Please fix your inconsistencies as to who can donate. Today was not only a disappointing experience, but it was also quite embarrassing. Also, your employees gave me no compassion and told me to call the NYBC myself, and I am the volunteer donating.
