This Dunkin is always quick and efficient and keeps the line moving no matter what time of day. They do a good job of coffee rotation to make sure it’s always fresh.

This place is horrible… burnt Ice coffee then attitude from the MANAGER when i asked to fix it… the hash browns are old and also burnt… absolutely gross!

Overcharged. These people don’t know what they’re doing. Way too fast, don’t pay attention, and try to make up for mistakes by overcharging. It’s simple math, people — adding and subtracting! It’s Honey Dew from now on.

how this Dunks location is still in business, I’ll never know. I’ve had numerous and different variety of «complaints» for this Dunks. The only good thing I can say, is that they’re very friendly and like to talk. Me? I’d prefer brief interaction when at the drive thru. I just want a decent coffee and be on my way to work. Its nice that they’re friendly, BUT I can’t say the last time I got a good cup/​ice coffee. I’ve emailed the manager? of this Dunks twice and «took the summer off» from going here, it got so bad. I just went back for the first time in 3 months and took a sip of my ice coffee and was VERY disappointed, it was bitter. I tried stirring it for a min or two, and still the same. I maybe drank ¹⁄₃ of it. I don’t know how this can be. It seems to be a busy place, so they must be making pots of coffee pretty consistently. I think most coffee drinkers would agree that we really look forward to that first cup of coffee, especially when on the way to work. This location is very convenient, as its 2 mins away from my job. Quite a few times Ive been in drive thru, with maybe 2 or 3 cars in parking lot and it has taken forever to place my order and getting to the window and I sit there and say how can this be when there seems to be only a customer or two inside. Quite a few times I have been late for work, yup… late, waiting over 10 mins total time to wait, place my order and drive away. I’ve been pretty patient w/​this location and am still VERY disappointed.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, it is directly on my way to work and has a drive through, so I have given them more chances than they deserve. When you’re pleasantly surprised that they’ve given you the correct order, it isn’t a good sign. After sipping my «black» coffee this morning and spitting out about 30 grams of sugar for the upteenth time, I will not be giving them any more chances.

I was a loyal customer since this particular store opened a few years ago. However, 2015 has been wildly terrible. I have gone FOUR times IN A ROW ordering the same thing and each time I receive a different order. It’s as though no one listens. I drink black coffee-​how can you screw that up? The staff is geriatric and does not know how to use the software which is frustrating to watch. I will give them credit; they are fast. However you probably won’t get what you ordered. I’m done; I’ll sacrifice and go to Melrose.

With the wealth of options, and even just competing Dunks, you’d think they’d make more of an effort. They are fairly consistent about getting things right, but not always (and really, how hard is it to make a large iced coffee?). And just recently, they’ve removed all condiments. So you’re completely at the mercy of the counter folks — if they don’t put sugar or sweetner in your drink, you’re out of luck. And forget looking for straws. I do go here out of sheer laziness sometimes (I live down the street), but prefer to go elsewhere.

I normally don’t review chains, but this is the only dunks that gets my order right every single time, no matter what it is. This location gets very busy at times, but you can still get in and out quick thanks to the efficient employees. This dunks is right next to Melrose High so if you come in at the wrong time you may have to wade through packs of suburban wannabe gangsta kids.
