Typical chain place to get your hair cut, smaller than most other locations and always a long wait because they’re way under staffed. I’ve made multiple trips to get my hair cut and after the last quote of 1.5 hours wait before they start I’ve decided to never return. Once again this doesn’t reflect the stylists but more the operator of this specific location. Oh and clean the dust from your heater vents and flags hanging from the ceiling.

Overall the staff here give pretty good haircuts, I am generally pleased with the outcome. The last time I was there I did see a few things that were concerning as far as customer service goes. 1. Who manages this place? Are there no rules for the way their staff dress? Some of the girls in this place look like they rolled out of bed, found whatever wrinkled jersey they could out of their little brothers hamper and threw it on. 2. I was told a 25 minute wait and the lobby was very full with people even waiting outside… not a problem, I get it. The issue I have is 2 employees came out(1 twice) to smoke a cigarette… I get it people need a break, but at least go out back where your customers can’t see you. 3. When the girl was cutting my hair, all I could smell was cigarettes and when she was washing my hair, she rubbed my face with the hot towel and her hands smelled disgustingly like cigarettes. Also while sitting in the chair at the sink I had a perfect view of the front desk clerk in the back room shoving a cheeseburger in her mouth. Overall, not a terrible place but I definitely question what their management does and how are the staff managed.

Viera — The world epicenter of chains & franchises… even where you get your hair cut :-) So Sport Clips is a «Sports» themed barber franchise aimed squarely at males. The décor in here is made to give you the feeling you are in a locker room, and there are banners for all of the semi-local teams so you feel at home. TVs are everywhere so you can watch the game while getting your hair cut. They have«package» haircut options with themed names like«The MVP Package», and the people cutting your hair have sport-themed uniforms. Yay! OK, great for kids, really. I mean, for a young boy, at least it is not a «hair salon», right? But like I said, Viera isn’t full of options, so there is no «good old barber shop» here, so we get to choose from this, hair cuttery and a few«salons». That said, it is fine. You pay a pretty steep price for little more than a razor to the head, and if you want their high end packages that include a mechanical back rub and wet towel, you way more.
