Very slow and the quality didn’t match the time I spent. Took close to 1.5 hours to do shilac, they don’t use aluminum foil and cotton to remove old shilac so they soak you in solution which takes a long time. They only had 3 on staff with many customers so they sit you down in a chair to soak while you’re waiting your turn. I don’t like wasting my time, I’d rather know up front that I have to wait for service.

Stopped in again to Space Coast Nail Salon for a pedicure and yet again was met with friendly customer service. The wait time was minimal, considering I just walked in without an appointment. I really like the cleanliness of this place. And I especially love those spa chairs!!! I walked out with beautiful looking toes!!! I’ll be back!

I have been going to Rose for several years. The staff is friendly, they do a good job and their prices are reasonable. The only thing I complain about is when you make an appointment they are never on time. I’ve waited anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. The reason you make appointments is so you don’t have to wait. To me this is unacceptable and I keep telling myself I am not going to go back there anymore but I usually do then get irritated again.
