We love this yogurt spot! It is always clean and well-stocked with toppings. The pomegranate-raspberry and green apple are divine! It’s always a treat to come to redberry and my children’s Favorite after school snack:)

Gross. All the way around. From the sloppy yogurt all over the bottom of the sticky machines to the total lack of napkins in BOTH dispensers, to the complete lack of customer service. Felt like I was bothering the two gossiping girls hiding behind the cash register. The yogurt was so-so, and I couldn’t seem to find any beverages. Kids seem to like it, but they don’t quite get how dangerous bacteria can be. Oh, and selling this stuff by the ounce is unfair. Anything good for you, like fruit, is mostly water and much more heavy. Not that there’s any real non-jacked up fruit there. Seems like this place is on autopilot, and headed for a brick wall. No where near what it was a few years back — clean, well-run, friendly.

Changed ownership recently and atmosphere went from very friendly to just out to make more money.

Yummy… love that you can sample before committing to .53 per ounce! Very clean place. The apple pie and salted Carmel are both excellent.

Today I stopped by with my brother to get a quick snack on a very hot Florida day. This is a very nice place. Full of color and the staff is friendly. I sampled several flavors and all were very tasty but I was hooked on the root beer float. It was delicious but when I went to pay $ 15 was outrageous for one cup without any topping and another with just a few. Three stars for nice décor, nice staff, and tasty yogurt. Minus two stars for exceedingly high price.

YUMMY! They have so many toppings so be careful because it can be pretty pricey. My boyfriend and I went for the first time and we went NUTS! Haha we filled the cups to the TOP… It ended up costing $ 17. Haha Our eyes were much bigger than our stomachs! Very clean, fruit is fresh! We will be back.

Yogurt seemed ok(we’ll see how everyone feels later) but fruit flies all around and place smelled like the deodorizers they put in urinals.

I like the place. It’s bright and simple. Get a cup, get your yogurt, add your toppings. The staff is always friendly. There isn’t typically a lot of staff, so sometimes the tables aren’t cleaned up as quickly as one might like, as there are so many rude parents who allow their children to make a mess and don’t clean up behind them. If you’re new, be wary of how much you’re filling that cup up, as your order is priced by weight, and it’s easy to overdo it. I find there’s always a good selection of toppings and flavors.

Not bad. Like the fact that I can make my own combinations.

Great price, lots of add-ins for the yogurt… but limited yogurt flavors. Young lady working was very nice. Will definitely stop in again!

Bring back the old owners. This place is not run right and the flavor and quality is not the same. Too bad, used to be my favorite!

The service we receive is always great. This place has so many different flavors of yogurt. I can even find taro flavored frozen yogurt which I can normally only get in California. They also have an amazing amount of toppings which is perfect if you like dressing up your yogurt. I follow them on Facebook so I know what flavors are coming up. The place is always clean and service is quick. I go to this place as much as I can.

We’ve been to Redberry twice in the past two weeks. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. The atmosphere is very bright and clean. My entire family absolutely loves the yogurt. I personally have had the sorbet each time(because I just prefer a fruitier dessert) but my wife and kids love the different yogurt flavors. Everybody loves choosing their own toppings, especially the fresh fruit. Seriously, the strawberries and blueberries taste so good. I was informed by one of the employees that they change out the flavors once a week(three machines on Tuesdays and the other three on Thursdays). I was very glad to hear this not just for the flavor variations but more importantly it means the machines are most likely given a thorough cleaning once a week. Trust me, most soft serve I’ve cream shops do not maintain the cleanliness off the machines. This will be our go-to place for dessert.

This was the best frozen yogurt place I’ve been to! Tasted great, but I give it 5 stars because they go the extra mile. Very clean and neat. All toppings look fresh and that area is very clean and looks appealing. There are many toppings to choose from, as well as many yogurt flavors. Girls working there were friendly and attentive and frequently tidying/cleaning. As soon as some customers left a table, I saw one go to the table and wipe the counter. Flavors have calorie information and portion size which I found useful. Price per ounce clearly displayed in front, I don’t think I’ve seen that often in yogurt places. They offer you sample cups as soon as you walk in. Nice décor, some chairs have padding, comfortable. Well lit, pleasant. Clear instructions.

Great little self-serve frozen yogurt place in a strip mall. They have tons of toppings to choose from, and rotate yogurt flavors very often, so every time I come here, there is something new. The Taro Root rocks!

Love Redberry! It was the first make your own yogurt type of place I had ever been to. And it’s held such high standard in my mind. The staff is all young but are all so nice and polite and willing to help in any way. The yogurt flavor selection is awesome! Always a new flavor to try!

I’m a huge Redberry fangirl. When I was in high school, I was so hype about a frozen yogurt place opening near my house! In The Avenue! Open late! Self-serve! I had such incredibly high expectations, having just come back to Florida after a summer in New York, where I got to experience the bliss of Pinkberry. On opening day, I drove over as early as I could to the colorful little shop and was greeted by a smiling family and friendly employees eager to serve! The concept is simple: get a cup, get whatever flavor of yogurt you want, get whatever toppings you want, weigh, and pay. There are even directions telling you what to do! My first experience there was heavenly – the yogurt flavors are all fantastic and affordable, with dairy-free and nut-free options labeled, and calorie counts given. They began to update their Facebook page with flavors of the week, and take seasonal requests from their fans.(We even got Butterbeer flavored yogurt for the Harry Potter première!) And, over the years, Redberry has only gotten better. They’ve remodeled the layout of the shop to be more conductive to getting through the now-inevitably long lines quickly, expanded the types of topping and yogurt options, added soft drinks and such, and updated their strangely quirky décor… the customer service and quality of froyo is still fantastic though, and I don’t see that changing. Definitely a go-to place if you’re in The Avenue. I live in the Northeast now, where I’m surrounded by frozen yogurt places, and I still honestly believe that Redberry is the best froyo place I have ever been to. Hands down.
