I love love love moon’s seafood. The fish is all fresh and the platters are to die for. During the right season, they make delicious craw fish and I am a big fan. I don’t usually give five stars but thee guys deserve it. If you live in Melbourne and love seafood, you certainly most stop by.

Was in Melbourne for business and had my last meal here as I’d been craving seafood. I would definitely recommend the Floribbean to anyone who doesn’t know exactly what they want. The seafood was cooked perfectly and the spices were on point and I the entire meal was absolutely delicious. I hate knowing that I will be craving this food more months to come and there won’t be a way to get my fix. I’ll have to hold myself over with dungeness crab here in California until I return to Florida next year. This place will be on my to do list.
Oh did I mention that the gentlemen who work here are extremely friendly and sociable? You cannot go wrong with Moon’s seafood. 10⁄10.

I just came across Moon’s on Unilocal and even though this event happened a few months ago I thought I would comment. We had the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever visited in my entire life. We were so pissed by the time we left that we vowed never to go there again. We were ignored and people who arrived after us were helped first.
To this date we go elsewhere and will never go back again. Go elsewhere…

Wow, wow, wow, wow! I’m so thankful to live just a few blocks from this place and truthfully don’t know what I would do without it. Incredible selection of extremely fresh seafood. We often buy the sushi grade Scottish sea trout and yellow fin tuna to make sushi at home. They carry everything from tile fish, lion fish, hog fish, yellow tail, cedar key clams, live blue crab, and lobster. If it swims it probably here. They also do to-​go steamers. Locally owned and operated. The always have a good selection of fresh seafood at very reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful and always wrap/​pack our seafood in ice which makes it easy to transport home. If you need something special, they will get it for you! They also have all the extra things you need to cook seafood (produce/​spices/​sauces).

Reviewing seafood markets seems to be my going thang lately. this little market is tucked away on a side street off US1, but it’s well worth finding. Great selection of fish and shellfish, all as local as possible (nothing imported or farmed) and fresh daily.
The manager said the big draw there is the $
Maine Lobster. $ 5.99 A POUND!!! He has 3 big tanks that are normally stocked full of lobster… of course, i come in on the day that he sold out the night before or i would have got my lobster on tonight.
I bought butterflied rock shrimp-​$ 9.99/lb. You can get it cheaper but it’s not been cleaned and if you eat alot of rock shrimp (like we do) i’d rather pay a little more for it to be ready to pull out of the shell.
In chatting with another customer, I found out he drives 50 miles each way a couple times a month just to purchse his fish here. He recommends the swordfish and grouper.
Check this place out-it’s family owned and super friendly.
