I took an intro course offered at FrogBones Family Shooting Center through FFT. Brad and «Other» Brad (yes, two instructors named Brad!) were fantastic! I learned all about the components of pistols and revolvers, how to properly grip a gun, and received great feedback in both the classroom and on the range. They provided a wide variety of guns for the hands on portion so I was able to try multiple guns and find which one I felt most comfortable with. I’m excited to take the more advanced trainings FFT offered. I now feel much more comfortable with a handgun and am excited to return to the range!

Brad and Steve were outstanding instructors. Many in our class were newbies and they explained everything so thoroughly and In terms that everyone could understand and grasp. Both guys showed appreciation of everyone’s level of shooting skills and were able to help everyone improve.
I highly recommend anyone considering a handgun take this course, and take the course BEFORE you buy a gun. Brad and Steve can show you how to pick the best gun that fits YOU, and the best for your purpose.
I would not say I came out of this course as an expert by any means, but I sure do have a thorough knowledge of handguns, concealed carry regulations, and expectations that may arise should i ever have to use it for self defense.
