Never use. Have had on-​going problem for months. They don’t return calls. Even owner has not returned call. Vent in spare room too small so room warm. Hall vent near bedroom sings loudly whenever air comes on. They use excuses rather than fixing. They are not the only problem. The bigger problem is with Trane, a supposedly 5 star company. We spent thousands on this poorly designed system and it does not work properly and it’s only 2 years old. Talked directly to Trane. One problem is the door to unit is plastic and is cracked and warped. If the door does not fit properly, the unit does nt work right. So… under warranty Trane wil replace door right? No go. Trane said, «the door is not part of the actual system so not covered». Thanks Trane. Bet you have saved a bundle since probably every door on every system you sold like this has cracked. The door is not the only problem. The system is just not working right. Trane does not want to do anything. Full of excuses. Saying there’s no insulation. Well, yes, there is insulation. Not the top grade but good enough for their system to be working. A really good company which we thought Trane was would be replacing the whole system under the warranty.
