Overall, really good place. I recommend it and will definitely go again. Greeting upon arrival was so-so. Front desk staff appeared too interested in their personal gossip to greet properly. I’m all about that first impression and the hostess has one opportunity to make it right. She failed. We also weren’t updated on wait time or why our wait was so long. We were first timers and never given the option to eat at the bar or back steakhouse(which we discovered when inquiring why people weren’t waiting but going straight back). After waiting over 30 minutes, we were able to snag seats at the bar. Excellent choice on our part. Bartenders were super friendly and kept everybody happy. The food was excellent! Fresh warm bread with oil, wonderful hearty soup, tender and flavorful chicken and pasta dishes. We were stuffed! Can’t wait to go again.

Have had take out from here several times and it’s always been very delicious! We have had the pizza which is great, but the thing we’ve love the most from here was the chicken parmesan subs! Amazing!

Easily the best Italian food in the Suntree /Viera area. Pizza is a mainstay and you can’t get better. You can call in an order and pick up and I believe they offer a limited delivery service. Main dishes are great and their wine tasting and other specialty offerings makes this restaurant a must on one’s list for their style of food. Not a chain restaurant. Family always better. Some people have had issues with special planning, but careful follow up should solve most problems. The restaurant has recently expanded and I should say their bakery is yet another reason for a visit. Warning. You may become a regular! Get to know the owners, David and Valentina. They can be seen wandering the restaurant meeting and greeting. Great people with a great place. Prices are moderate and in line with the quality and area. George V Richards, Reviewer

Food is great but beware of take out where they stack hot food and pack in a brown paper bag. My new car had sauce all over the floor board. Not happy! Then after weeks and to avoid a messy car. I ordered from Twins Taxi. We are from them all the time and never have a problem until tonight. Pizza box on bottom, spagetti and meatballs with a plastic container on top of it packed in a brown bag. I took the food, walked inside my home and when I set it on my kitchen counter had to grab paper towels. Sauce is everywhere!!! Hubby opens pizza box and it is soaking in sauce. Not happy!!! Food is great. Not worth the mess.

The best Italian in Brevard! Excellent food and service. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It’s a little pricey, but worth it.

A nice gem near Nationals Spring Training. We had heard of this place after a number of Nats staff and players had visited. The atmosphere is great, older family and very friendly. We had a number of courses and everything was excellent. I am tough on Italian places and I had little not overwhelmingly positive to say.

Great service, wonderful food and ambiance. Erin Reynolds, our waitress, did a beautiful job with the service. Joseph and Jose helped with the dishes. Thank you all for a job well done.

This place has gotten worse over the years. It has its fans, the early bird special type. Tonight was the worst service I have had in last 3 years of trying to give this place more chances. Lost me for good. Five of us, not too many. Server was rude, threw plates on table and was off before we could ask for cheese, glass of wine, etc. Wine came after meal. I ordered the chicken bruschetta. It was bland, no, bland is an overstatement, it had no taste. Again, I am not timid, I even looked for manager but could not find one. Worst service ever. Waiter tossed check on table and since he was not there, I wrote him a note on why he was left a 5% tip. The fact I had to write a note just to communicate with him, says it all.

Totally delicious! We were seated promptly at 8 pm with no wait. Lovely romantic atmosphere but also family friendly. Spacious booths, excellent wine choices and great service. Our waiter was personable and upbeat and the food was excellent. We got the calamari appetizer — it was cooked very well with delicious seasonings. I had the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and it was great as well. I really don’t have a single negative thing to say. I would absolutely go back again!

Ambiance is nice. The pizza with tomato and garlic wasn’t the greatest. The mashed garlic was almost raw on the pizza so it was too strong. The pasta with Truffles and chicken was very good, but for the portion, it wasn’t worth $ 23.

Me & my boyfriends favorite place ! Its like a «cheers» with really awesome food. The owners are awesome and the staff is very welcoming. My favorite is the calamari fra diavlo or the zuppe. everything is awesome and there is always specials ! It is almost always packed with a wait but for a reason, its worth the wait. try sittinf at the bar & having dinner there i guarantee you will make a new friend everyone is so friendly! Best Italian in brevard by farr!

Dismal service; they took reservations and confirmed them 4 days later. On arrival, they stated that reservations did mean reservations. After an hour of waiting, they tried to shove 7 people into a 4 person table. The food took an outrageous amount of time to arrive, with half of it arriving cold and half arriving dried out and scorched. When we spoke to the management about the situation, we were greeted with a shrug and a literal«it’s a busy night. Sometimes things get behind» Appalling indifference from the management; total chaos at the front podium.

Now I’m forced to be on this soup and salad kick, I’ve been scoping out the area for wonderful new master chefs who can make a kick butt bowl of soup and a super nasty salad. Amici’s won my heart! Yet another restaurant that makes my favorite soup in the whole world, Italian Wedding soup. And they do it extremely well. The meatballs are lean and the broth is very tasty without being overly salty. I cheated a little bit and got the antipasto salad. There was a crazy amount of meat in that salad, more than enough for a meal. And a couple of surprises that I’ll let you discover. It was a wonderful soup and salad experience. I really do miss their pasta and I’m sure I’ll be back on that kick soon. That was great at Amici’s too the last time I was allowed to eat it!

My boyfriend’s Aunt and Uncle were in town and wanted to meet up for dinner. Since they’re both Italian, they suggested going to Amici’s. I’m happy to say that Amici’s did not disappoint! They don’t take reservations, but we called ahead to let them know we were coming and they were happy to accommodate us. We only waited about 10 minutes tops for a table on a Sunday night. After being seated, our server came over promptly and took our drink order. Everyone at the table wanted red wine and I prefer white wine. The server brought them a bottle of red and I had my own glass of Pinot. The Pinot was fantastic and I admittedly sipped the red and liked that as well. Our group took a little while to decide on dinner, but again the waited was very patient and checked back with us periodically to see if we were ready to order. I ended up ordering the chicken parmesan, which was phenomenal. I was so stuffed partially through and I just couldn’t stop eating! I tried bites of what everyone else ordered and everything was so good. As far as I can tell, there isn’t a bad option on the menu. If you’re in Melbourne and you’re looking for a good dinner option, Amici’s is definitely where it’s at. You won’t be disappointed!

Pretty basic Italian fare. Nothing crazy good but not necessarily mediocre either. If you’re in the mood for some simple Italian food this place will suit your needs. I’ve had the sausage stromboli, pretty big portion so that’s always a plus and I’ve also had the white pizza which was extremely rich. Again, not mind blowing but they get the job done. Side note, you’ll be surrounded by full size murals of the owner and his family, it’s kind of amusing and tacky all at once.

The atmosphere was great. Food not so much. Sat at the Bar, after 10 min Jessica the Bartender finally took our drink order. After another 10 minutes we got the drinks and asked for menus. Five minutes later we received the menus. Jessica came over after another five minutes, yes it was busy but sitting at the bar you would think it would be a little faster. We ordered the Crostini with garlic, prosciutto and fresh Mozzarella. Veal Marsala and Linguine with White clam sauce. We both asked for the Italian Wedding Soup. Well we waited 15 minutes! The crostini came out and the cheese was not melted and the bread(crostini) not cooked. We asked for it to be re-done. After another 12 minutes they finally brought out the second plate. The cheese was melted and the prosciutto crispy but the crostini was soggy. Cross that off the list. Finally the soups came out. No flavor whatsoever. And they added some squishy noodles and what happened to the egg ribbons? Bread basket was brought out and bread was cold. Dinner finally came out and the Veal Marsala was horrible. The veal tasted like flour and the Marsala taste was no where to be found. We asked to return it since it was so bad. Then the Linguine ~ lots of clams but again no flavor at all and get this they gave us spaghetti and not linguine. We ended up using the bars Parmesan cheese up so we could flavor the pasta a little. By this time we were hungry that we did not ask for another plate with the correct pasta. I will say that the second Bartender Adrian was amazing and Personable! He took over after the other bartender left. His Expresso Martini was to die for! And I will say the manager(never told us her name) was nice enough to take off the Crostini and the Veal off of our check. That same manager recommended Black Sambuca and you add one Ice Cube. Another great night cap. Will we go back? Yes but not to eat anything just for the drinks and atmosphere.

Food great. Service great. Prices good. Bands not so good and pack up way to early. After a great Italian meal it would be nice to have a couple of cocktails outside on great porch area but the bands stop playing too early and are a bit too mellow.

It’s like we were magically whisked away to Italy! We haven’t been here in a while and were curious to see if it was as good as we remembered. Amici’s did not disappoint. We started with the Amici Appetizer, a wonderfully presented dish of mozzarella balls in balsamic glaze. My wife ate most of it before I had a chance to look at it! There’s a wonderful selection of seafood and traditional Italian fare on the menu, but I was in the mood for ravioli. It came with a chicken-spinach soup, which was a nice twist on Italian wedding soup, with less carbs. Delish! Tina started with a house salad, and I stole her olives. Muhahahaha! My ravioli was fresh, not frozen like some of the other so-called Italian restaurants in the area that I swear microwave Sam’s Club pasta, and the marina was wonderfully zesty. Free wifi for guests too, that’s always great, especially for bored teens. Bravo, Amici!

The people in Viera go nuts over this place. Mostly an older crowd. I had the chicken picatta I thought was pretty bland. The eggplant rollatini was good but the pasta wasn’t hot. I was impressed that all of their desserts are made by their bakery. We got four with the tiramisu being the winner. Be prepared to wait in the weekends.

I was brought to Amici’s by my brother and sister in law when we were in the area visiting them. I have to be honest, I didn’t have a ton of faith that it would be any good just based on the fact of where it is located in a nondescript, quiet strip mall in a lesser known part of Florida. Once we were inside, we realized that the place was busy with locals so that was a good sign. It felt just like a restaurant that I would walk into in NY so I knew we were on the right track. The service was good and professional. We were given bread with dipping oil very quickly. The dipping oil was delicious but the bread could have been better. It tasted like any bread you could get at the supermarket, not crusty and dense like I would have preferred. That was ok though because the food was delicious. I ordered Veal Parmigiana and it was really good. Veal can be iffy because it could be chewy but this veal was really good. It was tender and breaded the way I like it. The sauce was really good too. I actually said I would love to have this restaurant near me as I would probably be at it a lot. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were very ample. If you are in the area and want good italian food, I recommend Amici’s.
