I lost my sunglasses and needed to get new ones. I made an eye exam. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if i needed any help. I explained that i had an eye appt but would like to look for sun glasses. Nancy helped me pick out a pair as well as regular glasses. I was very happy with the help. We put them aside as I went to my appt. the Doctor was also very kinds and thorough. I was greeted by Nancy and she went over all my options !!! Great customer service !!! Love this place!!!

I am very happy with the service I received from the manager Frank. I walked in not knowing which brand of contacts I should get since my acuvue two weeks were always irritating my eyes. Frank provided me with information on the best brands and potential reasons of why my two weeks were not working. In the end, Frank advised me to get the one day moist. After a couple weeks, I have not had any problems and I will never switch back to two weeks. I’m very happy that Frank provided his opinion. I will return to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses because of the services I received from the manager.

Amazing staff at this store. Moved to Melbourne from Chicago and was a bit worried about getting my glasses here, but this location was amazing! Frank the store manager is absolutely a God send! Not only did he help me with my insurance for my glasses but he actually helped me get discounts I’d forgotten I qualified for! All in all I ended up buying 3 pairs of glasses all for less than $ 250!!! The optometrist is amazing as well, very thorough and über nice. Will definitely be coming here for any future adjustments as well as recommending family and friends!

Even though we came in at day’s end, the general manager Frank was very helpful and honest. Excellent pricing and value — I’d recommend them to anyone needing glasses!
