Not sure if anyone uses Jonesys Cleaners but we won’t anymore. I dropped my husbands expensive OSU jersey there to be cleaned in a bag with his other shirts. Guess what wasn’t returned??? His jersey. We called and every week they said give us another week to find it and the manager even said he had two open cases at this point. After calling each week they finally called us back to tell us that they rarely make mistakes and are not going to replace the jersey and aren’t willing to do anything for us. So we’re just basically out $ 100 stitched team jersey. My husband said his wife(me) would make sure she posted on her medina posts about this and make sure everyone is made aware of the experience and the manager said«go ahead, no one will believe you because our reputation is too good». I’m asking that you please share and stay away from this business. We have been dedicated customers for all the years we have lived in Medina. I cannot believe the arrogance of the owner/manager and clearly how little they value their customers.

Great staff, quick service, quality of work is outstanding! If you have military uniforms that need work done they know what they are doing! No complaints from me!

I highly recommend Jonesy’s Cleaners! I had them clean two winter coats and they tightened my buttons for no extra charge. Then I had them clean, spot treat and press my window draperies — absolutely amazing!!! They seriously look better now than when they were brand new. All spots removed and price was amazing!!!

I want to give this business more than 3 stars, but I can’t. Jonesy’s is one of those neighborhood cleaning & alteration shops where they remember your face(and some times your name), and the owners are a friendly husband and wife team. The thing is, my experience with them was inconsistent. When they do well, they do really well. When they don’t, they really don’t. Their staff keeps changing, and the new gal has shaky hands. To make matters worse, they lost my favorite skirt. It took 3 months for them to remedy the situation, but it required several visits on my part, phone calls, waiting and more waiting, and a reimbursement check that got lost in the mail. I like the idea of Jonesy’s, I like the owners of Jonesy’s, but something is missing. I hope they improve on that something, so I can return with confidence some day.
