Big fan of this place! Enjoyed tonight’s special very much: a wonderful hoagie on big, fresh bread with grilled ham, pepperoni, salami, and melted pepper jack cheese with a nice homemade tasting marinara that had a lot of nice Italian herbs in it. It tasted so fresh and delicious and was really cheap. I chose their potato salad as my side(SO good, also tastes homemade) and love the pickles they serve. This big sandwich easily feeds two! This is a family owned business, they post their specials on Facebook as well as their hours. They’re a great stop, good food and good people! Check them out next time you visit Medicine Park.

Excellent little place. Very much a ma & pa restaurant. We came on a colder morning to get coffee real quick, it was $ 1 for a coffee, can’t complain there. And it wasn’t bad either, I expected to have to force my self to drink it. I didn’t get to try to food because we were eating elsewhere, but I did see it and it looked good. The whole establishment is small. The tables are fold up tables. The seats are benches. The restroom is tiny and the kitchen isn’t noteworthy. That being said the customer service is phenomenal & I look forward to coming back any trying food. What made me upgrade this place from a solid 3 stars to the 4th star is the customer service. When I went to pay for card because neither of us had cash she told us not to worry about it. It would cost more to charge the coffee to the card than it would to give us free coffee. There was no guilt trip, there was no «you better come back and pay me», the coffee was just on the house. Neither myself nor my friend felt okay with this. We had already made plans to eat at Meers that day so when we got cash we came back and I gave her $ 5 for being so understanding and generous. I’ll be back. Support small business.

The California roll was really good. Give this place a try. The owners are hands on and very nice. This place has been several different businesses but now it’s a really good café.

I’m a fan of small family businesses. Find me a shop or a restaurant where the parents are behind the counter while the kids hang out somewhere nearby and I’m happy. Make it one where I can see the quirks of the people who run it and I’m overjoyed. This is absolutely the case at The Spice Bazaar. The owners are a husband and wife team who decided to create a business where they could spend their days together in the company of their darling child. Then they created a menu filled with the things that they wanted to eat. Finally they carved a café space out of their already existing hookah bar, and they were ready to invite all of us in to visit their small patch of happy. They don’t serve burgers, and have nothing fried. They will recommend one of the other restaurants in town if those are the things that will make you happy. Their sandwiches are combinations of easy to assemble components, many with a personal twist. They are working towards preparing as much of each dish as possible, but for now will be happy to tell you the source for each ingredient. So far, my favorite meal has been the Twister sandwich. Rotisserie chicken, pulled and mixed with a peppery spice blend, avocado cream, bacon, and Gouda all come together on a fresh baked bolillo roll. It was huge and filling without being heavy, and is a sandwich I look forward to eating again soon. I just have to make it through some of the other tasty offerings first! t The café has changeable hours, as they keep nothing frozen and start everything fresh each day. Be sure to call ahead on days when the town is in full swing. The entire menu is available all day, so take advantage of an early start.

Unique and generous servings of amazing food choices. These folks know how to cook! The pastries are magnificent and the owners are great at making you feel welcome. Their shop is quaint and fun with clever gift items. I love this place!
