Day late and a dollar short So ordered a pizza yesterday, got it the next night lol and I just kept it cus I felt bad for the pizza guy and I was high. But guess what? Still fuckin wrong. 24 hours and u still fucked up. Thanks guys

I’m so fed up with this place. We place orders online for delivery, and they routinely get«lost,» even though we get a confirmation in our email(which confirms our order, our address, our phone number, and gives a delivery time estimate). This last experience will be our last. When we called to check on our order, after waiting 45 minutes, the employee we talked to said they had no record of our order, and asked that we wait another 15 minutes to see if the current delivery guy might have it — because, as he said, they have no record of orders that have been«processed.» Even though we later found out our order had not been processed… So, we wait another 15 minutes. Nobody comes. Which is disappointing, but at this point, we are not surprised. We call back, and go through another round of explaining before they finally tell us that they did receive the order, but canceled it after they couldn’t get ahold of us on the phone. Apparently, they tried to call us 4 times, though we have absolutely no calls on our phone(and they had the right number). Turns out, they wanted to confirm that they had the right address, before even trying to delivery to us first. Which seems a bit ridiculous when we live less than 10 minutes from them, in a busy part of town(read: not rural), and ended up canceling our order when they couldn’t get through. Which is funny, because at first they said they had no record of our order… hmmmm… They did take a few dollars off our order, but by the time we actually got it, 2 hours later, it’s hardly worth it. If our oven wasn’t broken, I would have made it myself, and we would have been enjoying it 45 minutes ago. Oh well.

This place is getting worse not better, both delivery and in store. The last 3 times we’ve ordered from them they got the order wrong. First we were served raw chicken wings. When we sent them back, they got the sauce wrong 2 more times before we finally left. After 2 more wrong pizza orders on seperate occassions, they topped themselves tonight. After a Web order didn’t go through we called the store to place an order. After repeating ourselves several times we placed the order and were told it would be 40 minutes. We waited over an hour and a half, they delivered 2 pizzas(we ordered 1) and neither of them is what we ordered. My wife has now been on hold with them and disconnected several times over the last hour. She was even transfered to the national office and then transfered to a dead line. Even though this is the most convenient pizza to us, we will never go here again and recommend you stay away as well. FYI — I am obligated to give them 1 star, wish I could give negative stars.

This place is horrible! I ordered online using the Pizza Hut app. I asked for a ½ meat and ½ vegetarian pizza with stuffed crust. I received a regular meat pizza with no stuffed crust. Needless to say the vegetarian in the family was left out in the cold. When I called the store they said they had no control over internet orders, so don’t bother. There was no apologies. I asked for the managers contact and called back for«Shannon» only to be told that she did not work that day and they don’t give out her personal information. I don’t expect them to give out her personal information but I do expect them to inspect why their online app failed. I did not feel that I received any kind of respectable customer service. Pizza ordered Saturday 2⁄7 for 2:00PM delivery. If anyone cares they can respond. But given the comments, I see this is a pattern.

Basically, I’m done with PH. I’ve had a soft spot for their pan supper supreme ever since I worked at a PH in the 70’s when in high school. Now my impression is they don’t give a flying fruck about giving me a quality meal, they just want my contact info so they can market the crap out of me for future sales. I ordered the family 16 piece wings, delivery. When the delivery guy showed up, I asked him how much of the delivery charge does he get and he said«$ 1». So, I gave him a $ 5 tip. Only fair given what he went through versus a restaurant waiter. He then handed me a cardboard container of wings and one small peel top lid of ranch dressing slightly larger than the smuckers jam you typically get at breakfast. When I questioned the ratio his response was«that’s how they do it.» Wish I’d have given him a kick in the ass instead of a tip. Anyway, PH is a major corporation and act like it. Focus is profit maximization over anything else. I’ve had one PH refuse to sell me anything(Prineville, OR) unless I provided my home phone number for marketing purposes. Really! A business that refuses to sell you their product?! Should have been done with them at that time and blame myself for being a moron for not doing so. Do away with this conglomerate as I will and support local, independent business instead. The nearby Luigi’s appears to be the local favorite and that’s where I plan to eat tomorrow.
