Okay lots of bad reviews of this place– honestly it’s good– not great, but feels like they’re trying. And for the only place taking orders real late night you can’t go wrong. They also delivered within the projected time frame. Not bad! Ingredients seem fresh and it’s not too greasy(got the deluxe lovers pizza). Would order again— late night tho.

The delivery person was fifteen minutes late. The delivery person didn’t apologize. The delivery person shrugged his shoulders when I said he was fifteen minutes late. With a million nearby pizza places, why would I order from Pizza Days again?

customer service for this establishment is almost as disgusting as the customer service directly from the manager. I ordered simply a small pizza and waited over an hour… still no delivery. called back and kept getting responses that my delivery driver was 5 – 10 minutes away. Finally got a call over an hour later and the delivery driver said he wouldn’t deliver our pizza because our road was blocked(how did my über driver drop me off if the road is blocked) after multiple attempts at speaking with someone in the restaurant(because the driver repeatedly hung up and refused to answer calls) they said the road was blocked. after speaking with the manager and then being transferred back to the woman who answers phones… my pizza is miraculously about to be delivered? how… if apparently the road is blocked. I’m disgusted an no longer want the small pizza over an hour later and ask for my money back as the receptionist said«okay» and hangs up on me. disgusting establishment with no customer service or very simple communication skills to be operating in this area as a pizza joint. will never order from again because their delivery driver makes up reasons to not deliver your pizza and doesn’t expect you to call about a missing pizza you already paid for. horrible horrible business.

This place is complete dog shit, I wish I could give zero stars. We’d ordered from here months ago and it was terrible. We just got home from our Halloween outing and, considering late night options in Boston are SEVERELY limited, we ordered from here again out of sheer desperation(drunk cravings are a powerful thing). We waited an hour and a half and still no delivery, it was literally the only reason we were staying awake. I called the restaurant several times with no answer, except for the time someone picked up and immediately hung up to stop the phone from ringing(good work, dickheads). I contacted grubhub who informed us that the restaurant accepted our order and then closed early. So now it’s 3am, we’ve waited an hour and a half, and no food is coming. This wouldn’t even be acceptable from a place where the food is actually good, let alone a place where the food and employees are the absolute worst. Do yourself the biggest of favors and never order from here, even at your most desperate. Dig out a box of mac and cheese. Stop at McDonald’s. Suck the dirt out of an old shoe. Literally anything will be better than attempting to order from this nightmare of a restaurant. You’ve been warned.

UPDATE: Tried calling after 3am hit. No answer. Placed order around 1:20a on a Monday night. I don’t get it. Currently waiting for a pizza delivery that is pushing 1h30m. Will not be ordering from here again. Maybe consider hiring another delivery driver to get food out faster?

Crappy cold pizza delivered. And the salad came with no dressing. I waited an hour and a half for this. Why would I ever order from here again?

So pizza days isn’t terrible. That being said, it’s not very good either. When you’ve been drinking and it’s 12:30, it’s great. Pretty much the only place in Medford that delivers after 10. The mozzarella sticks were a bit soggy and not crispy at all but didn’t taste too bad. The marinara is very bland, but I’ve had worse. The chicken bites are good but you better have a fork and napkins handy! I only ever get this when nothing else is open and I’m craving food. Beware the dreaded $ 2 delivery charge! They have an app which is nice so ordering phone phone is easy. One strange thing is that everything is in pizza boxes. I’m not sure if I like that or not. Overall, I’d say 3⁄5 not great but not the worst take out food ever.

Ok look. Pizza here is very sub par. Anyone who says otherwise is a paid shill. However, these guys operate until 3:00AM in the morning, and deliver pretty much wherever. You can get a $ 6.00 large cheese pizza, and other things at very low prices. The people here are also pretty on the ball, so you usually won’t be waiting too long. And I mean, it’s only pizza– so it really can’t vary that much in terms of quality. The location here however can get a little bit sketchy(as below poster commented) as Boston Avenue is kind of known for crime. If you’re going to go at night, make sure you go with a friend. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend ordering delivery.

Oh god worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m so not a picky eater, especially when it comes to pizza. But this was awful. It took far too long to be delivered. The pizza dough had such a chewy texture, it tasted like it came straight out of the microwave and the sauce had to have come from a jar. Also seriously over priced. Save your money and buy a microwaveable pizza from the super market, that would taste better than this awful excuse of a pizza.

This place is appropriately named because it might actually take DAYS to get your pizza. Took 2 hours for a large cheese pizza(cold upon delivery) even though they are only 2 miles from my apartment. I would rather starve to death than order from this place. «Sorry for the delay» the delivery man mutters at 4am. Horrible.

Had a late plane flight into boston and wanted something to eat. Ordered the pizza at 11:15, said it should arrive at 12:15; the pizza did not arrive until 1am… The place is 2 miles from the apartment, it should not have taken that long. Please get better at your delivery service!

Being desperate for food is the only reason you should ever order from this place! It was late night, and me and my gf just got home after having a few drinks at our local establishment. So we wanted a pizza. I should have known the low star rating was a precursor to something stupid to occur, but we forged on. I fired up the grubhub app, and ordered a sicilian double pepperoni pizza. Surprisingly delivery was smack on time to the 45 – 60 minute window. That is where the positives ended for this place. The delivery driver then calls me and says he is outside. I tell him to hit the buzzer, and we’ll let him in, and to take the elevator up. He then gets angry at me, saying ‘I no understand’. He then asks me to go downstairs. So begrudgingly, I go downstairs to get the food. This is where this gets a little weird. I get to the door, and he takes the food out. He comes in and complains ‘I called you 6 times! Why didn’t you answer?!’ I then tell him to show me, it was twice… So after that lovely exchange, he asks me if I have cash on me. I ask him why. His response was, I did not tip enough, through the app, and if I give him another $ 2 – 3 everything would be ‘OK!’ I then tell him, it was pre-paid through grubhub, and you are all set. He then continues to ask for cash for a second and third time. At this point, I was thinking keep the damn pizza and just leave. The delivery guy then explains how he drove ’10 miles to get here’ and the tip given was not enough. After some back and forth he hands over the pizza, and then says ‘If I see your address again I’ll tell the manager, NODELIVERY’ I then responded in kind, ‘This is the first and last time I will order from your shitty place, so don’t worry about seeing my address again!‘ I don’t understand how this place stays in business if that is how they treat customers. Seriously, avoid this place, even if you are hungry and it’s the only thing open. At that point it would better to just sleep it off, and not wake up the next day with all of the aggravation.

1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery(was told 45 – 60). The french fries tasted like they were fresh out of the refrigerator, and the pizza was cold as well. It tasted awful after being microwaved(necessary). When will Unilocal incorporate a 0 star rating? Never again

Not sure why this place has such horrible reviews. I got a large cheese pizza last night(Monday) and it was only $ 5! The quality of the pizza was great and it tasted delicious. I picked it up(so, I did not experience any wait or anything) and the pizza was hot and ready when i got there. They have parking right out front, which was really convenient.

Pizza Days has its niche: late night drunchies. And so it was, ordered in-house late one Ciderween following a proper Sligration, broken karaōke and a bowl of candy. Taking note from other reviews, and facing absolutely zero other options, we ventured forward. Follow our path, and feel the effects of a 2.5 star, hangover-curbing experience: — Order at the counter. Stand and wait for your food. It’s pizza, not confit — if you’re standing there, eyeballing the makers, you may avoid the reported lengthy delivery delays. — What you order is paramount! Cheese bread and Cinna Balls. Avoid sauces, or anything that requires compilation skills. You’re paying for the honor of eating cooked dough, and to one of its strengths, you’re not paying that much. — It helps to live next door. Like, right next door. Or devour in the parking lot.(There’s parking.) Two for bland but not horrific sustenance, half for regional, 2am convenience. I would not order again, save for identical circumstances.

The bad reviews are a surprise to me. I ordered through and got my pizza in a very timely manner, not only timely, but also one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had – Neopolitan Mediterranean. A bit on the pricey side, but after I had a bite, I realized it was worth it. I will definitely order again for pizza. But not the spinach grilled shrimp salad, because it was definitely not grilled, and they were the shrimp-iest little shrimps…

Just ordered pizza & cinna-bites from here, sober. I was pleased overall! PROS: Tasty, hot, and delivered very close to the quoted 45 minutes(which is admittedly, a little long for this area, but not unreasonable). Pepperoni was nice & spicy, roasted red peppers were tender. Broccoli was nicely charred from the oven. Cinna-bites=heaven in your mouth. CONS: Pizza could have been cooked a minute or two longer. It wasn’t BAD or seriously underdone, just a little too soft for our liking. Chicken on the pizza was very very bland. I ended up picking most of it off. Seems canned or boiled. Overall, I was pleased and would go back. Not sure where the other negative reviews are coming from…

First the guy tried to over charge me for a «deep dish» pizza and I had to call back because the price was more than the menu. They delivered me a paper thin pizza saying it was deep dish which you pay extra for. I called to tell them just to let them know it wasn’t deep dish and the guy said yes it is I made it myself. Ugh! Annoying!

I should have come to Unilocal before I ordered; I wish Seamless were connected to Unilocal, like how Groupon is. So that is my bad. If I had known, I would NEVER have ordered from this place. It was an almost ominous forewarning of how my Super Bowl night was going to go when my usual wings place said that they were closed(so, note: this is not a review for a 3AM drunken pizza call)… I was craving something wing-y, so I thought, OK, why not give this place with«buffalo bites» a try? Maybe because the food and service are the worst things in the world and worthy of negative stars? Yeah, wish I had known that before dropping $$$ on the horrendous mediocrity that is Pizza Days. First, they took well over an hour to deliver the food, when they said it would take 40 – 55 minutes online(and even THAT is forever in delivery time). So, I called them after 1.25 hours to ask where my food was. Whoever picked up the phone blatantly LIED to me and said that my order only came in 2 – 3 minutes ago, but that the delivery dude was on his way. Uh. OK. RIGHT. Then, the delivery came… 1.5HOURS after I ordered. Of course the food was awful. It was cold and if it had been a handshake, it would’ve been the epitome of a dead fish handshake. Even if it had been hot, it would’ve sucked. Why? Because it’s as if they took store-bought chicken bits, dusted them with«buffalo powder,» and nuked it for half an hour — oh, actually, maybe that’s why they were so late. And the French fries were clumped together, and tasted like a salty mess. I tried to drown my Super Bowl sorrows in fried foods, but that just made me even sadder. I already wanted to vomit by halftime, but this food did NOT help that at all. It’s the first time I’ve ever just thrown food away like that.(But it would NEVER taste better – not as leftovers, not as scraps, no, no, no.) So, word to the wise: do NOT order from here, drunkenly or sober. You would do better by microwaving your own chicken nuggets. Truly.
