I have been using this store since it was chat cat and have always had amazing luck with them fixing my phone and iPads. I have always bought my screen savers and phone protectors here and they are always friendly and happy to help me find what I need! From one business owner to another, I’m always thankful for small businesses and try to give back! Go by for all of your phone and media needs! You won’t be disappointed!

I have to update my review because the phone sold to me by Face It! to replace the one they broke has a bad battery. I didn’t go back in, frankly, because I’m sick of the hassel and the excuse making every time I go in there. Although when I first got the phone it was pretty bad, it has gotten worse over the last few days. At this point my phone has been unplugged from power for about 30min and I’ve been using it to browse Facebook. The battery is at 14%. I’ve done everything I can to minimize battery use, but nothing makes a difference. In the time it took to type this, my battery charge is now at 8%. This is ridiculous and I’m going to have to buy a brand new phone, which I never intended to do, because this one is pretty much useless.

I need to be forthcoming and state that I have never made a purchase at this location– I came in and looked at used phone options to replace my daughter’s broken phone but ended up making my purchase at mobile madness because it was 100 dollars cheaper for a IPhone 5S and they bought her broken phone as well– my experience was fine– I was shown the used phones and chose not to purchase the options that were shown to me… that being said I just read your responses to other customer’s reviews and feel insulted on their behalf– your customer service is obviously horrible and will be the downfall of your business– the customer’s reviews had less of a negative impact on my opinion of your business than your response did– not wanting to be in their position and being mortified for them will prevent me from shopping there– so keep up the defensive posturing and keep losing business– by preventing it!

Needed a case for my FONE… Against my better judgement and previous reviews, I went against my initial feelings of boycotting this business due to the owners replies to reviews and his lack of appreciation for his potential customers. I found that they had 2 cases w features I was looking for. Another customer was there being helped and with only one employee out to help I left without making a purchase or getting questions answered to order what I was looking for.

Cases are very expensive at this place. Watch out for the 20% restocking fee that they don’t tell you about at point of purchase. Returning items gets tricky as well they didn’t tell you about the 20% fee so you are stuck with that and all they do is place it back on the shelf. They try and clean it for you then say it has been worn and discolored. I would high recommend not going to this location and save yourself some time and money by shopping online.

I was referred to Face It by the Grants Pass Chat Cat store for battery replacement on an iPhone 4s and while there, I also had a water treatment done on an iPhone 5c. Betty Rucker was very informative and friendly. I was impressed with her speedy repair time to complete both phones in less than 2 hours. I will gladly refer other. Great job!

Face It sells covers for computers and cell phones. I bought a pink screen protector for my cell phone, had Face It apply it for me for $ 45. In three days it fell off into my hands and when I wiped it with a soft cloth it cracked. Face it would not refund my money. They argued about warrantees and gave me papers to fill out and send in for $ 17 more. I feel they should refund my money or fix it by installing another with the proper glue technique. Don’t go here. Cell phone company glass covers stay on better. Note to businesses: STOP sending me to get my own warrantee replacements. Guarantee your work and the products you sell or don’t sell them. Is customer service a lost art?

I called the other day and was quoted a price of $ 17.95 to transfer 4VHS cassettes to DVD. This is $ 2 cheaper than Costco or Walmart. My wife took them in today and was told the price quoted, is only for 2 hrs of video. The price doubles after that. When my wife said she would go to Walmart, before paying so much, the assistant said«Whatever, they send them away anyway. We do it locally.» I thought this was rude and called the store. The owner was not available and I was given his email. I was asked what the problem was and I explained. Suddenly Nick, the owner, was available. Surprise! I talked with him and discussed mis-representation, he got defensive. Being in customer service myself, I was very careful of how I addressed the issues. At no point was he able to placate the customer. He got defensive and tried to retaliate. Customer service is all about ‘taking care of the customer’. If you lie or misrepresent, then you have to make it good.
