WARNING — Erik Rollem messed up my bite by filing down a tooth when my mouth was numb. I’ve had jaw problems ever since. When I went for the follow up visit and told him about my bite, he became very steely cold, like a different person. I believe he may be sociopathic. Before he has your money, he is Mr. Compassion. After he messes up your mouth, Mr. Ice. At that point, you do not want him to fix it.

I interviewed the Dr and staff before I even set up an appointment. I have had severe trauma in the past with Dentists. Dr. Rollem and his staff were very professional and understanding about my anxiety. I have a low tolerance for pain and a high tolerance to medications. I am hard to numb and have had difficulty and they totally «got» that. I went in for a filling on a front chipped tooth and he fixed it without even having to numb me. I am completely sold on this dentist and his staff. It is very difficult to find people that are so understanding and I will be keeping him for years to come.

DONT GO HERE!!! This guy needs to be turned into the dental association and Better Business Bureau and lose his license. This place is just very unprofessional to start off, One of Eric Rollems staff members told me «I Might have» periodontal disease… IN THE WAITING ROOM! She didn’t pull me aside in any ethical manner to tell me this, not to mention she used the words «you might have».So later on, I obviously had to ask Erik Rollem if I had this disease or not and if he could, to please discretely notify me about these kind of health problems in person and not in the lobby. Should I really need to have this discussion with my dentist… NO…but here, I did. Erik rollem acts a little slow and comes off like he might be stupid or undereducated and it makes you think… am I really letting this guy work on my teeth?
After Erik rollem had confirmed I do have periodontal disease, One of his staff members sold me on the «SMILE CARE SCAM» as it would be part of a longtime solution to my problem. The «Smile Care Scam“consist of two cleanings and 3 exams WITH X-​rays for 1 year for $ 247.00. I bought into the scam and went into get my teeth cleaned A.S.A.P. The first cleaning ended up being a two part series where you come in and they get what they can and then two weeks later you come back and get the rest. On the second visit, after the dental assistant had already been in my mouth for 45 min and was almost finished up, she notified me that she is going to need to send me an additional bill for $ 187.00(you can get a tooth pulled for this much any where else) because she had to do a little bit of deep cleaning, Meaning she actually had to work for her pay that day and it had to come out of my wallet. I left calmly knowing that I had just been hustled. These people had all the X-​rays and information they need to know before hand if any additional billing was required. Their should have been no surprise bill coming! This is known as fraud (DECEPTION) and it is illegal, not to mention a jailable offense. I called back very irate and actually got to talk to the piece of shit running this scam, I let him know I would not be returning and he could care less… as other reviews will point out he could care less about good business ethics as long as you buy into his scam, Eric M Rollem is all smiles!

He cheerfully replaced the crown admitting that the material he had originally used was faulty. And he didn’t try to sell me services! That was refreshing but I still wouldn’t go back to his office.
