This Dunkin’s is just awful! They never have what you want! When you ask them to make something for you Claudia the Manager straight out with a Stern Loud Voice Says«No I’m Not Doing It or We Don’t Have It» in which I know she’s lying because a hour before her shift I just got it! She’s just a rude, arrogant, ignorant women! She is not ever nice to me! She’s allow like that to me. I was going there at least 2 – 3 times. Not no more! I’m done. I’ll never go back there again!

Without a doubt, this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen and that’s saying a lot … most of them are pretty bad. I don’t think they employ a single, English speaking person. The place is disgustingly dirty and creepy. I have been in there 3 times in the last month and I have yet to have a simple, one-person order, correctly filled. How complicated is it, to put an egg/bacon sandwich in a microwave? It should be fairly easy, right? Not at this Dunkin’. Yesterday, I ordered a Chicken/Bacon/Honey Mustard sandwich, one of their regular sandwiches, exactly as it’s described on their menu. After waiting for the staff to finish chit chatting, they decided to make my sandwich. The«cook» handed me the sandwich and in broken English said, «I put Ranch Dressing on, that ok»? No you nit wit, that’s not OK. The menu says it’s made with Honey Mustard dressing, how complicated is that? & why would you knowingly make it wrong and expect I’d accept it? At least I found out before leaving the store, unlike the last 2 times they messed up. The usual«manager» on duty? I think his name is «David»? Whoa … talk about needing a personality transplant and some customer service training? This guy is the poster child for nasty, cranky, «don’t give a shit» attitude. This location is the epitome of Dunkin’s «we don’t care» attitude and who cares if this is the USA and we should employee some English speaking people. Edit: So I’m at a local Dunkin Donuts in Florida. I ordered a «toasted Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, with Cream Cheese on the side». Do you think the could manage to get that simple order correct? No! Then the idiot women who I gave it back to, gives ME crap, because the«slip» didn’t say the cream cheese was on the side. Now the customer is responsible for passing orders to the kitchen? So on my way out, I notice the sign that tells me who owns this sorry excuse for a Dunkin … the same owner as the Medford store above, «TheLeoOrg». Geez Leo, it’s nice that you can spread your brand of mismanagement all over the east coast!

This place is nasty! I’m not one to write reviews but the food they just gave me was so horrible I had too… I got a sandwich, it was hard as a rock and the bacon was burnt beyond recognition… They must of heated up an old sandwich and gave it to me. When complained the woman told me there was no manager and didn’t understand a word I said.

Staff is friendly, place is clean. What more can you ask for from your typical Dunkin Donuts??? A drive through? Well you are in luck they have a drive through for those that are in a rush.

I love this dunkin donuts. Everybody is so friendly and generous. Claudia the manager, and David are the fantastic people working hard. I have never had any problem with my coffee and sandwiches. When I enter the door they already know what I want and the order is ready in minutes. Thanks to the whole crew.

I like Dunkin donuts, I really do, and I haven’t have a problem with any of them until yesterday morning when I really wanted a coffee and was late for an appt. I went in and ordered as I usually do in any other DD, «small hot latte lite with 2 splendas», which means«skim milk and no sugar» right? The guy seemed to not understand what I was saying, so I repeated, he then grabbed one medium Styrofoam cups(which I know is not the cup the latte is made on), to confirm, the girl he asked to make the coffee asked me twice if I wanted cream and sugar on my coffee… argh! When I finally got my coffee, there was not even one splenda on it. To make matters worse, I had also ordered a coffee coolata for my husband, which we waited everyone else around us and ordered after usnto get their order, to then ask where was the coolata. The answer we got? Could I see your receipt to make sure you paid for it? WHAT? And the cashier who ringed us was the one asking for it! All I did was speak loud and firm«we DID pay for it, and we want it now!». The manager was right there, they were not so busy(I mean it, there was no one else waiting in the line anymore) and she didn’t bother to try to make it right for us! :-( This is not even counting that my bagel was muchy… :-( Thank God this DD is not really close to my house, and the ones I have around my house and my job have nice and professional employees…

I’ll admit, I’m more of a Starbucks or Peets person than Dunkies, but once in a while I crave a Sausage Egg and Cheese on a Plain bagel, and nobody can do it quite like Dunkies for some reason. This being said, I came here once and went through the drive thru and ordered my breakfast sandwich. After driving foward, I took a bite. No sausage. I went back inside to show them and they accused me of hiding it in my car. Yes. How did you know, I hoard sausage patties in the back of my car. DANG you found me out. After insisting that I didn’t hide it nor eat it immediately, I was told that If I wanted another one, I’d have to buy another one. If someone had said that with a ncie tone I would have respected that, but the man I talked to so accusatorily left me with such a bitter feeling that I just mournfully went back to my car, ate the egg and cheese on a(now cold) plain bagel and drove off to find happiness. What can I say… nothing left by early afternoon and what I did try was dry and blah. Donuts usually make me happy, but these were a bummer.

Okay, I love Dunk’s. I’m a Dunk’s girl for sure, it’s just this location. something hits me funny. The crew who works there are really nice, most of the time. It’s just, every time I get coffee there. it’s watery. Whaaat. It’s really watered down for some reason. They must know I’m coming. I went recently and I still hold the same opinion, which sparked this. It gets pretty busy, given the location of where it’s at and there isn’t one across the street anymore. I liked that location better, next to Staples. RIP I also dislike the parking lot because people aggravate me, which is not reflection on Dunk’s at this point. I just see a lot of people parking in two spots.

My friend wanted to grab a bagel on the way to my house yesterday… so… reluctantly, we stopped in here. We were informed that the bagel might ‘look’ weird because it just came out of the oven/freezer(we had trouble deciphering the guys excuses). Two words… Hockey Puck
