Asante Physician Partners Medford

My family and I have been going here for about a year. The two providers we have seen are Dr. Chadozi and Byers FNP. They are both fantastic. Very patient and understanding, they take their time with you and listen. The office and medical assistant staff are always very helpful and friendly. Wait time in the waiting room is always minimal and phone calls are returned to you promptly. I have recommended this office to many of my family members, and they too have had positive experiences.

4 stars compared to my previous physicians group experiences (Medford medical clinic)… I could never get in same day and in the one case where I could I ended up waiting 3 hours past my appointment time before being seen (due to their urgent care offered)
So far this group has been easy to get in same day, and keeps appointment times running on schedule. Even so, the time with the FNP or MD have not been rushed and didn’t feel like I was only allotted A 10 min max block. My initial intake was thorough and involved, and I feel I wasn’t wasting their time with questions and concerns. They took the time and care needed to discuss and explain ideas, suggestions and alternatives to the symptoms.
They also have an onsite blood work department who were equally efficient and productive. It was a welcome change from previous experiences w other local practices. Ok hopeful this level of care will continue.

Really disappointed in the way I have been treated at this office… the nurses are usually very friendly and caring but when looking for a diagnosis I have been in to my doctor for more «15 minutes only» appointments than I ever have in my life… and brushed off on to other doctors. Thank goodness I can switch. Won’t be coming back!

Asante Physician Partners Family Medicine is the best medical office I have ever been to. Dr. Rodney Pray is an excellent physician who is very thorough and detail oriented. He listens and has a very caring nature. The office staff are very courteous and friendly too. I was seen promptly and did not have to wait. I will be referring my family and friends. Thank you Asante Physician Partners and Dr. Rodney Pray!
