Jack and Kris have done wonders with my hair for almost a decade, and no one compares to their style and skill. You’ll never leave unhappy and the compliments from friends and strangers won’t stop. You’ll love every minute in their chairs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, and I recommend them to my friends every chance I get.

Technical Artistry is the best! From the minute you walk in the door, you are a special guest. No other stylist can compete with the perfection and artistry of Jack and Kris. Their knowledge of cutting, coloring and styling is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to look and feel their best!!!

It’s been ~4 years since my last review. I now travel to their new McMinnville location and enjoy the experience even more. Ample parking, great food and wine tasting around the corner. Most importantly, Jack’s cut is worth the trip!

Technical Artistry is not just a salon its an experience. Jack has been working his magic on my hair for years. When he and Kris, who is just as awesome, made the decision to move the salon to McMinnville, there was no question of my hair not following. I have difficult to cut and color hair, Jack (and some times Kris) make it look great with ease. The new location is cozy with a zen like feel due to all the stone wood work. I also love their newest product line NEUMA, its more natural and better for the environment. The Saunders care about what they use on their clients. I wouldn’t get up at 6:30 to get ready for a hair appointment and go anywhere else. :)

Well, I bought a package from them and paid for 4 (buy 3 get 1 free) massages about 1 year and 3 months ago. They gave me a receipt and a pamphlet but none of them states that I needed to use it inside 1 year. Then they moved from Salem to McMinnville. I called them and the lady said she did not think they could give me the massage left on my account since they moved. She took my phone number and said she would ask someone else for sure and call me back. They never did.
So now I am editing this review because guess what… they probably saw this review I wrote this morning (or it’s a HUGE coincidence) and then few hours later, someone called me! Thanks to them, the men on my voicemail apologize for getting back to me so late and told me that yes, my promotion was past due. He also suggested to call him back so we can talk about it. Anyway, just make sure to ask and have them write down the conditions on your paperwork so you remember what they are later; I should have.
