They hire very sweet people here. The food is great! I recommend the honey walnut shrimp, brown rice, and steamed veggies. Mmmm!

I attended this Panda Express on a night there was a coupon for free Orange Chicken after 9pm. I understand that they close at 9:30pm, but when there is a coupon like this, the restaurant tends to get very busy for that 30min period. I, like many others, hadn’t eaten dinner and was using this as my dinner for the night. Thus, I wasn’t getting just the single Orange Chicken, but instead was getting an additional entrée and side. The service was horrendous. The staff was upset that they were busy this late in the evening, and were out of almost every item. They were out of steamed rice, fried rice, and probably 75% of the entrée choices. I asked what they had and was told one choice was Mandarin Chicken. Great, I’m fine with that. Oh wait, there is no Mandarin Sauce. I asked that they get some and it was like I was the biggest inconvenience they had ever experienced. I finally convinced them to get me a serving of the sauce… unfortunately it was 15min later. My food was cold as a result. There was also no soy sauce, and since they were so busy, that was also too much of an inconvenience. I never plan to attend this restaurant again.

Did I ever think I would review for a Panda Express? No. Did my friend judge me when I checked in on the Unilocal app when we were there last night, just so I could remember to write a review? Yes. I got one of their shrimp entrees and the lady counted out the shrimp I got. I asked for more and she yelled ‘ONLYFIVESHRIMP’ at me and rudely passed the plate to her coworker. Lady, why you gotta ruin my mood when I’m indulging in crappy mall food? Their rice and noodles were also super weak. The one point of redemption was the woman ringing us up. She was all smiles and extremely friendly. Poor thing has to work with some *******.

I have been eating at Panda Express for at least 14+ years now. I think there is great variety and I always look forward to the newer items they introduce from time to time. The children love the orange chicken, my husband loves the chicken with celery, and I like to try the latest shrimp dish. I often cater my dinner parties from Panda and the food is always abundant and well-priced.

I say I’m a fan because the quality of Panda Express here in the East Coast, or perhaps just at this locations, is better than any location back in the Bay Area. Sure, people can say anything they want about the«authenticity» of the food, but I didn’t come here to test whether my mouth can differentiate between a dish that tastes«more asian» than another. I came here to eat some orange chicken and noodles!!! I grew up in an asian culture, so I know my fair share of authentic asian cuisine… but I mean if it tastes good then it wins! It’s fast, simple, and tasty — the three requirements of a good fast food place. Keeping in mind that it is considered fast food, don’t expect anything too grand — but at the same time it’s not gross either. This particular location rocks because the food seems fresher and the employees a bit nicer. Considering this place is considered as Americanized Chinese food, it’s still darn good. I recommend trying the orange chicken. If there was ever a Panda Express Dynasty, orange chicken would be part of the major food groups. :) Enjoy!

UGH… I absolutely HATE Panda Express and don’t understand why anyone eats here. First off, all the dishes taste the same and are so euhhhyuck. While working at the mall, one day all the food court restaurants had huge huge lines. The only option I had was Panda Express. So I walk in thinking… I will order something simple and easy to Americanize since that’s what they do. Beef and Broccoli. Oh GOD. It was so salty, and had NO flavor. Disgusting. On top of that, rice was hella hella overcooked and soft. Therefore, my decision still stands. Panda Express SUCKS and it is so disappointing to see it do well all over the place. It’s awful!

Hey. no one goes to Panda Express for AUTHENTIC chinese food. but if you want Americanized, cheap, fast, Chinese food. then go to Panda. for about $ 6 or $ 7 you can either get 1 side and 2 entrees. or 1 side and 3 entrees. and I am a person who eats a lot. and when ordering the 1 side(noodles) with 3 entrees. I am FULL. It’s nothing special, but it gets the job done. I do enjoy the taste though. Oh and I love their hot/chili sauce. It actually has a kick to it!

I’m not a fan of authentic Chinese food, but this Americanized version of it makes me happy! I like their Orange Chicken and Mushroom Chicken. I can make better steamed rice and I’ve had better fried rice, but their’s is still decent. I do agree with Steven P. though, the staff could try to smile!

Just your run of the mill Chinese fast food place in a mall. Free bait, I mean samples for you as you walk by. Just your typical chinese mall food, but with great chicken. Just your cheap yet semi-expensive mall food.

Ok, have you ever had those moments where you eat something, feel sick later, and then say to yourself, «well it SEEMED like a good idea at the time!!» Honestly, we’ve probably all used this excuse when eating, drinking, saying something stupid, or…*gasp*…when attempting to figure out how to slide out of bed without waking the other person whose name you already forgot.(SAYITISN’T SO!) Well American-Chinese Panda, last night, you were the lady that I was trying to slide out of bed on. You charmed me with your colorfully prepared food and numerous combinations that we could engage in, but alas. Frankly, my appetite could barely handle three rounds of your goodies and when I snapped out of your spell, I was guiltily looking around for the exit. I won’t see you again, dear Panda, you are like a gallon of ice cream. Fun to eat until your friends catch you with it. Then you’re just embarrassing.
