Jensen Charles D DDS

I come from a family of dentists and dental hygienists. When they retired, weneeded to find a new practice for my family, and have chosen Dr. Jenson. Not only is he a great dentist, but very personable and also treats children. He was fantastic with our 3 and 5 year old kids. They loved him and I think they actually enjoyed it! The toys were a treat too. I recently had an old filling come out of my back tooth — and he was able to squeeze me in. My mom (who was a hygienist) warned me that a dentist might try to talk me into a cap (it’s was a big hole/​filling), but Dr Jensen did not. He said he could fix it no problem and did a great job. And I didn’t even feel the Novocain shot! I’d highly recommend him for both a great experience and great dental work. It’s nice having a family dentist that all four of us can go to. His jokes and stories also help pass the time quickly. :-)

I have also seen Dr. Jensen for more than 20 years and he is great! He is honest and reliable. He never tries to upsell services or equipment. And has ridiculously funny stories. I live in DC and drive to McLean to see him every 6 months because I can’t even fathom the thought of seeing a different dentist. I wish every doctor was as good as Dr. Jensen.

I’ve been using Dr. Jensen for general checkups for 8 years and highly recommend him. He spends the time to carefully check my teeth and ask questions related to dental health, and thoroughly answer my questions on general dental topics. Better than any other dentist I’ve seen. Not the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for. Very convenient location for me, on Lewinsville Rd. just inside the Beltway.

Despite various moves to Richmond (VA), Albuquerque, and San Francisco over the last 20+ years of my life, and experiencing different dentists in said cities (when not able to get back to NoVA for a regularly scheduled cleaning), I continue to go to, and HIGHLY recommend, Dr. Jensen… first started going to him when I was in high school, and to this day, I still love Dr. Jensen… he seems to have the highest level of integrity of ANY dr (dentist, doctor, or vet) I’ve ever known… I trust him to tell me all my options and give me honest, not financially-​rewarding-​for-​himself, answers. And because of this, he’ll be my forever dentist.
