Burberry

Enrique Valentino is a very bad manager.I went in the store to return a shirt with my husband.He look at us in disgust as if we couldn’t afford it his attuide was awful he was very disrespectful.I never been treated as such he was winking his eyes at my husband. He than said my time was up for a refund it wasn’t even 30days yet. I will never buy anything from Burberry again y’all Ned new employees

Came in here while it was busy. Got greeted and we went to try on some trench coats. We actually had to find someone to help us but once we got someone, they were very nice, knowledgeable, and made some good recommendations. They do free alterations taking about one to two weeks. Overall, good store, nice layout. A lot of the associates do speak Chinese and Korean.

Horriable employees. There was a madarin or asian guy who was very rude from the minute I entered the store. I had a gift card but didn’t know that balance left on it and asked him if he can check and he went off to me saying to call the number behind the card. Then I was looking for a purse and he followed me saying its over $ 1,000. Did I ask him yet? He made me feel like I can’t afford. I would not be in the store if I can’t afford it. Then I kept walking and he started saying I should go to the outlets instead of this store. I am soo pissed. I wanted to ask who his manager is and then felt like buying 5 $ 1,000 bags in front of him… thats exactly what I did so spit on this rude employee. Very bad customer service!!!

Well I have a lot of items that I got from this store
and spent a lot of money on it .
So it’s hard for me to put such a bad ranking on this store but I had a very bad experience. I came in looking for couple of shirts and possibly a coat and right away a lady came to me named Nayima she started pushing me to buy coats I didn’t even like. It was going on for about 15 min while I’m trying to get away from her and her bad sagestion, because I hate when people try to push me to buy things, I like to have my freedom browsing and looking. Please don’t get me wrong I like the help, but to push me and make funny faces when I don’t agree is not something I will except! !
Well I finally got away and continued looking around and a girl named Jana came to me I think she was a manager. I said: «I’m just looking and thanks for the help». But no luck she was cynical and talked to me like I’m some bum from the street I got out of there after telling her I’ll never come back again and believe me I will NOT!!!
It’s a beautiful store with great people just not those two. My advice is to stay away from Jana and Nayima.

I left my watch for battery change and it took them more than a month to return it. They promised to call when it was in and they didn’t. I had to call them. Their excuse was that the person in charged of calling customers was on vacation. Unbelievable!!! They charged me $ 70 for battery replacement and they didn’t want to waive it. To top things off, the sales associate who took care of me when I went in person to pick up my watch, was condescending and tried to cut me off and made me feel like I just had to deal with it. She did give me a free small fragrance but the damage was already done. If they consider themselves a high-​end store, they need to provide high-​quality service.

The customer service here is very variable. Some of the associates greet you and ask to help. Some of the associates are very selective in whom they choose to greet. Some of them only greet and offer service to customers that are dressed «high end» and carry expensive handbags. Very snooty service from some of the staff here, who act like they’re doing you a favor when you buy something from the store.

I have had great customer service experiences at this store… the key word here being «had». Burberry in Tysons Galleria has moved to a new location within the mall that is much smaller and, apparently, much less inviting.
I stopped in today just to browse for a Christmas gift and not two seconds after I had walked through the doors, a sales associate approached me and began speaking Mandarin to ask if I need help to find a scarf.
While it is true that I am, in fact, of Chinese descent, I find it incredibly presumptuous and rude for an SA to make the assumption that an Asian shopper is Chinese. This may be a sign of the turn Burberry’s brand has taken (whenever I go to a Burberry outlet, I see more sale signs in Chinese than I do in English…) however I certainly did not expect to be flat-​out approached with this kind of ignorance by an SA who should be trained well enough to work at a high-​end store like this one.
Be warned — the other SAs I encountered here did not appear to be fluent in English. I’m not sure what happened to all the friendly and patient staff who used to work in this store but after today’s experience, I will never be back.

Horrible store will NEVER shop there again. Sales associates DO NOT speak English well. Products are not displayed well. Asked to see a coat, brought out from behind a panel door? I could see other colors but wasn’t offered help.
The purchase was a nightmare… it took 20 minutes to buy perfume? Really?
I will buy Burberry at other stores or on line… never going into this store again… horrible, snotty, rude, sale people

What a gorgeous store! If I had an endless bank account, I would have left with a purse and a raincoat. The merchandise is beautiful and well made. I am sure it would last forever. The apparel is enticing and high styled. The salespeople are attentive and gracious. You are not rushed, only coddled, as you gaze at the stunning displays of high end merchandise. I looked longingly at the attractive purses. I ran my hand over the rich fabric of the raincoats. I made my decision then and there, if I ever win the lottery, Burberry will be one of my first destinations.

The sales reps here are friendly and super helpful when you’re in need. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I came in and inquired about repairing my favorite Burberry purse; however, after a brief conversation with the sales rep, I found out my purse cannot be repaired and the style is no longer being made (Boo!). She spoke with a manager and he said he will do an exchange with a similar style and price (or I can pay the difference) once he contacts corporate and determines the price of the purse. Dandy! Of course, I really love my purse so I decided to live with the minor flaw but would definitely go here again to make future Burberry purchases.

I love burberry and love this store. Its a new addition to Tyson Galleria. The setup is really nice and easy to find stuff without any help. However the employees are very helpful and not pushy. I am a regular shopper here and always looking forward to shop here.

Glitzy store, lots of bright light and mirrors as you enter. Lots of very costly purses, umbrellas and tailored clothing for men and women in the adjacent room. I had a nice salesperson who punched my order into her iPad, smiled and promised I would get an email receipt within hours, which didn’t happen. I called the store the following day for clarification and my message wasn’t passed along to the sales associate. Called again the next day and was assured all was well, just a glitch in the computer system, but I would get a receipt when the product actually shipped. Waiting to see if it all comes together when the order arrives…
One of the most elaborately protected packages I’ve ever received. We’re talking about a plastic film sealing a white cardboard box. Tucked inside that, a logoed bag tied with a bow and my order inside that. Plus, I got my receipt along with a return sticker in case there was a problem. This made my day and turned the stars upward.
TIP: Small sizes/​slim cuts are featured in women’s clothing section.

Took the hubs jacket because he popped a button off. I spoke with the manager and was taken care of right away. She was very kind and explained that because it was just a button it could be fixed in house and would be available for pickup in 5 business days. I noticed that the hubs also had a small rip in the sleeve, and when I pointed is out to the manager, she said that they could not fix the sleeve, this made me sad, but that was expected. All in all a good experience and will go back.

This Burberry location is decently sized and carries bags, accessories, clothing, and more. There were even some sale items when I last visited. The staff were helpful and friendly. I love Burberry! :)
