Whataburger

My wife and I come to this location decently often. We had always had awesome experiences, however the last 4 times have been extremely rough. The staff was very friendly, but the quality was lacking. Our foods been ice cold, numerous things forgotten, or even completely different from what we had ordered. We understand it happens, It’s just very disappointing to see a location declining.

I only ever go in the middle of the night after football games, but the staff has always been very nice. They are a little on the slow side though.

It’s Whataburger. What more is there to say? The service was awesome and the burgers rocked. Get the bacon and cheese and add jalapeños. Can’t go wrong there. They went super crazy with the lettuce and there were huge chunks of it on my burger. Other than that, everything was spotless and flawless. Super clean location and everything.

I really enjoy this Whataburger. It’s clean and good value.

Dirtiest one I’ve seen in a long time. Employees are rude, trash is overflowing at 5:30 AM and the manager unpacks a shipping box on the food prep counter. Who knows where that box has been.

My grandson and I have been frequent visitor’s of this Whataburger since it opened because of the location, cleanliness of the store, friendly staff, and the AWSOME burgers – but after this week’s experience I will take my business across the street to the new Burger King getting ready to open. On Monday I went thru the drive thru and ordered two burgers (one being a Double Meat Whataburger Jr ordered «dry» for my grandson. In fact I had both the clerk taking the order and the cashier window to verify my order. When I got home, my grandson unwrapped his burger only to find mustard, lettuce, onions, tomato and pickle on it instead of «dry» which he wanted. I called the store and was told to come by the next day for a replacement burger prepared correctly. Well, today, I stopped by, explained to the clerk and Assistant Manager what happened on Monday. Was assured the Whataburger Jr would be correct this time. I ordered a burger for myself also to take home. When my order was handed to me the receipt said «Dry» for the Whataburger Jr. Got home, told my grandson «here is your burger and it is correct this time» only to have him unwrap it to find all the CRAP on it again – tomato, mustard, pickles, onions, etc. I called the Manager back and was told that for a «dry» burger you have to order it PLAIN & DRY. I’ve ordered many «dry» burgers from this particular store and they were always dry (bun, meat and cheese).

New to Whataburger. I think the burgers are just okay. I like that they bring the condiments to your table. Customer service was good and the restaurant was clean.

This is a great Whataburger. The people working here are super friendly and they keep it pretty clean. I get off work late at night and stop by to get some breakfast before I go home. It’s a good location in the same location as Wal-​Mart. Friday nights during high school football season can be very crowded with high school kids, so be warned.

Great food and the best fast food service. Never disappointed. They make the best fast food hamburger.

Great Place for a burger, fries, and drink!!! The customer service is great at this Whatburger!!! For those who have not tried Whataburger… this is a must for your food list…

I know everyone comes here for the burgers, but the salads are really fresh made with crisp greens.

I’m a fan of Whataburger. I just wrote this review to say this this is a very clean restaurant, the food is consistently very good, the staff is very friendly, and, VERY IMPORTANTLY, they always get me order right.
Good place. Great burgers!
