The Heights at Lake Forest

I moved here 3 months back, first of all, this was closest to my work and I only needed it for 6 – 7 months and it was brand new so I took it.
Let me start from beginning, the leasing office staff is horrible and has shitty attitude, they never carry any smiles and never willing to help you out and very racist if you are from a diverse background.
On the 3^rd day I complaint about water, that was taken care after a month, their valet trash service is horrible, so many times they forget to pick up and if you put extra since they didn’t show up night before, they would immediately ticket you, and they don’t listen to your requests or complaints.
Then they offer, complementary breakfast, half the time they ran out of things before 7:30 am and they never refill. Their bakery items are usually expired and drew the supervisor’s attention once. after that if I see expired items, I just throw away myself.
Their so called fully equipped gym and entertainment TV are never on when you are in gym after 6 p.m.which is pretty normal time for full time employees. once I asked Kelly to turn on the fans and she said she will be coming shortly to see why they never work. she never came to see and was never sorry about it, but then she came with a client a they noticed why its not working. and making a comment I was off yesterday so don’t know what happen here.
The floor plan is good but way too pricey compare to their shady fixtures and services. they have very bad noise system in the community, I hear my neighbors washer dryer and flush all the time. if my neighbors have little loud tv, its easy to hear them out. they have great policies in place to protect the tenants, but i think they have made their own policies when you complain.

brand new apartments that are bad news!
noise outrageous!
poor construction!
management sends fines for everything!
(i was fined for trash violations for a month that i was not even in town.)
the courtesy officer has terrorist tactics. aggressive towards females. police were notified.
please do not move here. i promise you will regret every second.
