Customer service, customer service, customer service. I ran in 3 minutes before the store closed one evening when I lost my phone wallet, that included my driver license and a credit card. They didn’t even blink at my late arrival and treated me as though it was any time of day. I already felt guilty going in so late with what I was assuming would be a complicated process request. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable people. They didn’t have my phone in stock, so in between phones(T-Mobile was mailing me a replacement), they lent me a loaner phone. Charged me $ 50, which was immediately returned to me upon its return. In such a stressful situation, both times I went to the store, they made me feel less stressed and more happy and laugh-y since they are so warm and friendly. Clean story, and each time I visited, I was greeted immediately and helped.

T mobile is a average service provider with below average in customer service. It’s good that AT&T did not merge with them it would have been a disaster for AT&T as it sucks as it is, except it has a little better coverage. Looks like US customer is running out of options.

This store is not very large nor ornate inside, but it gets the job done. They do have a fair number of accessories for your T-Mobile phones, and of course, you can start new service, get an upgrade or get help with your phone or account. It’s not the easiest store to get to from the highway, but it’s not terrible, either. It’s on the left end of the Albertson’s center as you face Albertson’s; don’t drive too quickly or you’ll miss it!
