I’ve been with this company for about a year. Here is what I’ve experienced: Their phones are their versions of the most popular phones out there: IPhone, Blackberry, Android, Smartphone, ect. They have several plans and no contract for only $ 40, $ 50, or $ 60 a month depending on your phone and what you want on it: videos, downloads, ect. I live out in the country, and I’ve learned that the reception is awful. I cannot call anyone in the city without the phone disconnecting within seconds. I cannot even call my boss. I told her about my phone, and I am the only person who is allowed to text her because she knows about the terrible connection. As for this location-The Mckinney store-every time I go in here, there is always a long line, and only one person at the register. I came in here recently to switch my plan. I was the only person in the store for roughly two minutes, then a couple came in, then another, then another, then another. The only employee behind the register was on the line with corporate trying to switch my plan. By now, there were at least five upset families giving me and the employee dirty looks, like it’s my fault there was only one person on the clock. In between the employee talking to me, the other customers were shouting questions at him. How rude. I’ve decided for now on to pay my bill online, and find another location if I need to update my phone, ect. I’m only giving this store 3 stars because I have had really no big problems with the store for a year. Sure the connection on my phone sucks, but how is that the store’s fault? But, from now on, I’m going to the Allen location. I heard they have several employees at one time(gasp!) and the customers aren’t so… seedy and rude.
