I had two unopened items that I needed to return. I could not find my receipt. The clerk stated that I could not return them and get a refund but he thought he could give me store credit which was fine. He called the owner and spoke to the owner for several minutes. Then I was told that they could not take them back without the receipt. Let’s see, these are unique pest control items that I cannot get at Home Depot or Lowe’s so they definitely came from there (and I told him that). I was initially led to believe that there was a resolution and then told there was not. So now $ 60 worth of product is going in the trash. I will never return here nor will I refer anyone. Customer service is very confusing here and they don’t seem to care if you are a satisfied customer.
