Excellent and thorough home inspection by Brandon after my house was damaged in a bad hailstorm recently. He found items that I hadn’t noticed were damaged both exterior and interior (like a tiny knick on my fireplace mantle caused by a flying hailstone). Will do a Unilocal update once I receive the final report.
Received the report today and it was outstandingly detailed with accompanying photos. Very impressed with the level of detail in the explanations, the highly organized structure of the report, the recommendations were in a different color (red) and easy to spot. Well worth the fee.

Brandon responded to my call quickly as I was only in town for a few days. He was able to fit me in the same day after regular business hours! His report was very detailed and he spent time explaining where the issues were. Brandon knows his stuff. He referred a list of contractors for add’l services I may need. As a bonus I also got a dozen of fresh, farmed eggs :) Definitely recommend and will use him again.
