Last November we had a horrible fire in our home. When we called our insurance company they told us to call Duckstein. Jeff and Phyllis came out right away and viewed our damages. They got crews out immediately to protect our property from potential looters. Phyllis and her team of Amish girls started the very next morning removing our contents from our home and they took them all back to their office to clean and store. They were even nice enough to set out our items so we could go through and get what we needed. Jeff and the carpenters did an amazing job returning our home back to better than it was before. We couldn’t be happier with the fast and courteous service they provided.

Duckstein disaster restoration was responsible for fixing repairs caused by a roof leak at my elderly mother’s home The Duckstein staff were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They did a fantastic job in making the repairs as well as clean up of her home after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Duckstein Disaster Restoration to others who may experience a personal disaster at their home.

After assurance by a Duckstein representative that my insurance would cover the cost of emergency service, I discovered that that was not the case. I was forced to pursue litigation against the individuals responsible for damaging my property. That process was slow and I communicated to Duckstein that it would take some time. In the meantime, I would make monthly payments to pay Duckstein for their work. Despite that fact, Dusckstein elected to pursue litigation against me for the entire balance of my account.
Additionally, they sent all correspondence to me to the wrong address.
