Rock Solid Builders is hands down the best contractor experience I’ve ever had. They built a custom deck for us, and from initial design, to getting approvals, and finally the building process, we were 100% satisfied with everything.
Besides impressive workmanship, I’m also really pleased with their communication skills, something I feel a lot of other contractors lack. RSB was always on top of emails, let me know the entire way where things were standing, and when issues came up addressed them so quickly. The workers were on time every day, addressed all the things that came up along the way and found creative solutions to problems we faced, and actually finished ahead of schedule.
They’re the only company I’ve encountered that when they say they’re going to let you know about a situation by XX date, actually lives up to it. I’ve worked with other contractors to know that these «communication mishaps» can trip a project up by months. Not so with these guys. I will definitely hire them again in a heartbeat if I needed something else done that they handle.

These guys are outstanding they built exactly what we asked for and used the best materials and carpenters! We are extremely pleased and high recommend them to anyone needing a new deck!!!
