I’ve had AmericanWorx out for several jobs:
1) A/​C repair — rather than try to upsell me to a new unit I didn’t need, AmericanWorx simply replaced the fan motor on my existing unit adding new life at a much lower cost than a brand new unit I didn’t need. HONEST appraisal of the situation and the need is a rare thing in contractors.
2) Hot water heater — Despite several hiccups in the delivery process (Lowes, not AmericanWorx), we got the hot water heater installed at 3am (emergency call) — not many contractors would go the extra mile like they did.
3) Backup sump pump — AmericanWorx, because of our growing working relationship, took my call late at night to alleviate my concerns over a non-​working pump, then helped me source a pump the next day.
Hire a company you can trust (AmericanWorx!!!)!
