Had an awesome sales person «Zaid» dealt with us for 2 months putting together furniture for a whole house. Closing kept getting cancelled we changed our minds multiple times during the process. He worked past closing time when we finally closed the deal. The whole experience was very good… Would highly recommend Zaid and the customer service I received.

Been looking at this table since Black Friday decided to go ahead get it. As soon as walking threw the door didn’t even have to go look for a sales person quinton was on it, very professional sales person told him what I was looking at he helped me from answering all my questions. Mr knight was very customer savoy an as well very knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about. If you stop by ask for sales person Quinton knight, I’m big on customer service an rooms to go delivered this am, thanks

Rooms To Go has poor quality control on its furniture. Most of the delivery drivers seemed unhappy with their jobs and a few even got rude. This particular location is not managed well and most of the staff don’t seem knowledgeable.

Like all the others before me, I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. I too took off work and sat confined to my home ALL DAY with no delivery. I have never experienced this before in the past with other furniture stores. So this is very new to me. Incomprehensible and very unacceptable. I don’t know how the other RTG stores are in the metro Atlanta area, but I do NOT recommend the McDonough store. I can tell you who WON’T be back.

They talk a good game and greet you as if it were an auto dealership which already rubbed me the wrong way. then to make matters worse, I ordered a mattress which I was told would be delivered in a week. The week passes and no one reaches out to me so I decide to stop by. After watching them scramble and then confess that they forgot to place the order… they suggest that I take a used one home from the display that all the customers have been sitting on, poking and prodding. Bruh… seriously??? Thanks for the refund… hope to never see this place again.
