Greeted with «Hi how can I upsell you, I mean how can I help you?» «Is there something in particular I can upsell you on, I mean find for you?» «Just looking, OK if you need any help just ask for me X, & I can tell you how much more you should be buying» Ok so my conversation didn’t quite go that way but that’s how I felt. I’ve been to this location a few times & I always leave feeling like the staff was just waiting for their opportunity to pounce. Really CSR’s should be a little less greasy.
