Dr. Barnett is a great dentist. She is always so bubbly, friendly, and professional. She always checks along the way to make sure I’m ok and to answer any questions that I may have. The front staff is great also.

My experiences vary here. At times I can come in and be seen on time with no issues. Then there is the other times… the wait is shameful. For example, I had a 12:30p.m. follow up appointment. I arrived over an hour early being that I moved and wanted to avoid any traffic issues. We are now at 1:11p.m. and I have not been seen or given an update on the circumstances. If I or any of the patients had all day we could just come in and sit down rather than make an actual appointment. Its time to find another dental practice.

Went to the place and though because it was new I would get great care. Please know that they will not let you know until after your services what you owe after they have billed your insuance double. Please pay close attention to your coverage BEFORE you get service because you will get a huge bill for something as simple as a filling!!! Don’t usually give bad reviews for business but this place is a not good

I have had several procedures done here including; 2 implants, 2 extractions, several cavities filled, as well as all of my regular cleanings.
Dr. Nia and his staff have really cared about all concerns I have had, and have even seen me a couple of times on an emergency basis. While the wait can sometimes be lengthly, this is to be expected when people do good work and stay busy.
My whole family are now patients and they’re super cool with kids. I can’t say enough nice things about them!

I can’t believe how bad the customer service is here. I made an appointment for my kids a month before we went in. Than they had no record of it in the computer they found it in a file. Than they had to wait an hour to be seen. I made an apptment for myself and all they did was do xrays and tell me I need oral surgery. They were supposed to contact my insurance and call me back. Now why am I complaining it has been two months my teeth are killing me and they say my portion is 800 dollars. Maybe they could have told me that two months ago. I hate this place. :-(

The employees of McDonough Center for Family Dentistry make me feel at ease. This facility has the latest technology for dental care, and provide excellent care. My first dentist is no longer there (she got engaged and moved North) but Dr. Toub is wonderful as well. He made me feel at ease and provided speedy service.
I’m all about having calming, serene atmospheres when I utilize medical and spa vicinities. McDonough Center for Family Dentistry has it! The waiting & reception area is clean and has a calming water wall to ease your tensions while you wait. The treatment rooms feature two flat screen televisions (one on the wall and one on the ceiling). This great feature lets you watch your favorite show while getting your chompers pearly white.
I’ve never incurred an issue with their billing and they provide an estimate for your treatment well in advance. Scheduling is never a problem and they have Financial Plans available which are handy when you need emergency work done.
