Great Knowledge Great Coaches Great gym all around.
I’m a wheelchair user rolled in the door and they adapted to me no questions asked.

I love CFOTL! I’ve been a member for a few months, & I love it! I visited two other gyms, but none compare to CFOTL! The members are nice, helpful, & very welcoming! The coaches are awesome!!! I have back problems, & they always make modifications so that I don’t hurt my back, but still get a great workout!!! If you are interested in CF, definitely check them out!

Been going to this box for over a year now and absolutely love it. Everyone is so welcoming and will motivate you through every workout! This is a GREAT gym where real results happen! I recommend this box to everyone I know!
