Worst experience I have ever had with a company. First off, both the customer service lady and the technician are very rude. The customer service here is horrible. I got the feeling I was at a sleazy auto repair shop because, like other reviews here, they attempted to keep saying other things were wrong and they kept «finding» issues. After getting the laptop back, it was worse off than when I dropped it off. The screen was no longer working on the laptop and the tech tried to tel me it was cause of a virus. I’ve had this computer for years and never a virus. I have a really good virus protector and he kept saying it had a virus. What really happened was that he preformed inadequate work which caused more issues on the laptop. This was confirmed when I called three other locations and explained what had transpired. All three other techs attributed the problem to poor craftsmanship and not a virus. They all three said that they have never heard of any virus that affects the operation of the screen. He refused to do anything about it and said he was not liable for any issues arising from his work. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I will never use this place again… for anything… if its the last business on earth that works on electronics.

This place is horrible! ! Starting with the customer service we received, the women that works the front acts like she doesn’t want to be bothered by questions and doesn’t want to deal with the customers. Next the tech that worked on my computer which only needed the power port fixed caused more problems. He obviously fixed the power port but broke the display screen and said he wasn’t liable to fix it. They had no problem taking our money for fixing one problem only to cause another… RUN FROM THIS PLACE!
